The doctors are very good and take the time to really listen. They offer a large range of services. As others have mentioned, there can be long wait times. It's a busy practice and the doctors take their time to listen to their patients. Because they give such a good level of care they sometimes get behind, and the wait time can be long toward the end of the day. Bring a good book or something to keep you occupied. Wait times on appointments early in the day are usually very short.

The office ladies are very attentive. If they see you sitting there they smile and courteous no whenever I got on the phone with them to make an appointment or talk to someone they stayed on the phone and talk to me and set up my appointments. Dr. will call me with test results whether I answer or not. They leave messages. Can't wait till Monday to call her and see if they have x-rays there.

Dr. Bautista can be a little obtuse at times--at one point he tried very hard to talk me out of getting a particular test. But he seems competent and knowledgeable; and I can usually get an appointment with minimal notice. A good primary care doc for a young man.
