The new patient registration was surprisingly fast and painless. I did have to wait a short while, but that's to be expected from pretty much any doctor you see. When I was finally ushered into the exam room, I could feel my heart pounding and my pulse start racing. Of course it was just the nerves of being in the doctor's office - no one likes having to go to the doctor. Am I right? After only a few minutes in the exam room, I met Dr. Singh. Right away, I knew this would work out. She was very cheerful and down to earth. I could feel my anxiety going down and my pulse got back to normal. We chatted and I felt like I could talk to Dr. Singh like "one of the girls" rather than doctor/patient. What I like about her too is when she explains to you what's going on with your body, she really takes the time to explain it so that you, the patient, understands. She's able to be on your level. That should be what everyone wants from their doctor. The staff is nice and the facilities are clean. And while I think they're all great there, I do hope not to have to visit them very often. I'm sure my insurance company feels the same way.

There was no apology. Also, no one in the office let me know what was going on. So I had to wait in a small exam room until she finally arrived. Then for my last appointment, after waiting 15 -20 minutes, I asked the staff if the Dr was in the office. They informed she had not arrived yet. So I told them I was not going to wait like I did last time......and I left. Needless to say I'm going to see another Dr..... P.S. It was funny that there is a big notice on the receptionist wall saying there will be a $50 charge if you don't show up for an appointment without at least a 48-hour notice. This is hilarious.
