Sandhurst Family Dental Clinic was very near to my home and made an appointment. When I reached the clinic, the receptionist was very courtious and immediately called nurse to take me in. Dr Pavithra, being expert in her technique, extracted my tooth that I has no pain and did not know when the tooth was out. For a person who generally has anxiety about going to the dentist for any sort of procedure, both Sera and Dr. Peter not only exhibited the highest degree of professionalism, but more importantly patience, throughout the entire process. Sera diligently walked me through all the steps involved in the procedure as well as all the important steps to take after the teeth whitening was complete, which really put my mind at ease. Within the first 24 hours after leaving the clinic, Dr. Peter made a follow up call to see how I was doing and to give me additional suggestions of how I could keep my teeth whiter for years to come, which I really appreciated!
