Dr. Savita withholds information about your treatment plan and runs a shady business. She'll lure you in with discounts and leave you hanging once you've made the deposit. Any other clinic I've been to has been happy to provide copies of imaging. Try asking her or her staff. They are so afraid of her and will make any excuse to prevent you from getting your own dental health records. I've never experienced anything like it but it looks like she doesn't trust her own plan to be so unwilling to openly share what she's planning to do. Please never go to her. I have been in pain for a year. Every tooth they touched got severely painful after procedure and got infected. She forcefully did filling in some teeth that never has any pain saying there are small cavities and they started paining after the filling. She kept saying it will go away but it didnt. She just wants to use all the money in the insurance. I year I have suffered, not able to eat or drink anything hot or cold, using a straw for water, very bad pain. My family and I saw the commercials on TV for Dr. Savita Chaudry on OMNI channel (catering to South Asians). Like any trusting person, our family went to this dentist. Our initial visit was cleaning with Dr. Savita Chaudry, and that was fine. The problem came after a couple more visits, where the dentist was absent, and my file was moved onto her dental assistant/junior dentist. The assistant was to do a simply cavity filling, but instead, during the consultation during our appointment, she instilled a fear tactic to upsell us on unnecessary Root Canal. She said if we don't do this now, then it would grow out of control and create a much bigger problem and require even more work and cost even more! As any other patient who places trust in the hands of their healthcare provider, we too believed this dentist. This turned out to be a VERY BIG MISTAKE. We learn she teaches her team to use the fear/scare tactic as sales, and does so for two main reasons: 1) more fees can be collected, and 2) she gets to learn by letting her junior dental assistants or junior dentists practice on innocent patients. BEWARE: after messing up the root canal job by leaving a needle buried deep in my gums, we spoke to Dr. Savita about this issue directly, but she had no response other than to refer us to a specialist to fix the problem. This was after several attempts to reach her, and after we left several messages for her. Eventually, I gave up from the PAIN, and had to visit another specialist to fix this mistake made by www.drsavita.com, (and it cost me an additional $800 expense out of my own pocket !!!). Eventually a formal complaint was filed with the Dental Association about her and her staffs brutal practices to recommend dental work that is not needed nor required! They are investigating the issue. I feel demeaned because I was treated like a test subject, and to this day, I am having troubles chewing food because of the mistake performed from an un-required Root Canal job that was recommended to me just so the dentist can make a few more bucks from my insurance! This could have been avoided. In short, I do not trust this dentist or her team - money seems to be their motivating factor in deciding on what dental work is suitable to me. What I really appreciate about this clinic is that they explain treatment they have planed for you in detail which calms my nerves every time!
