For sixty minutes my masseuse did not spare any effort: she gave me a few Thai style stretches, stepped on my back, rubbed me with hot stones, and dug deep into my back and shoulders. I almost screamed for mercy, but afterwards felt so much better. I went in complaining of a stiff shoulder, but found out I have sore spots all over me.
