Her office was easy to find, very clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Brenda took a few minutes to listen to my issues and explain her methods. I will admit that when she told me she doesn't believe that massage should be painful, I was a little concerned because sometimes it seems I need that "hurt so good" feeling that you get from a strong-armed therapist sticking their elbow into a knot. However, my fears were unfounded. I never felt a moment of pain during this wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic service, and somehow she still managed to relieve all of the tightness and knots that had been causing me so much pain. Brenda left me with a cup of delicious herbal tea to sip as I got dressed, and then spoke to me briefly afterward, but I have to admit, I was in such a state of bliss that I barely remember that part.
