I am just starting my journey with regards to the surgery I will be having done here soon in June 2019, so since I love reviews,I will start mine before and will do an after. Thus far I can say the facility is very Chic, clean and the women aside from discomfort look super happy (every ones happy comes in different sizes- so good for them) they have been very easy to the book with regards to keeping healthy, taking my vitamins, antibiotics etc. and that is a plus, speaks volume when dealing with patients of any kind going into surgery and ensuring their safety. I know that with surgery comes the emotional roller coaster which is the hardest part of surgeries but with a good home support care team, prayer and resting all should be well. I think when reading Paloma T. reviews I must say it made me a bit nervous however, the more I thought about it the more I reminded myself this is a plastic surgery office and with so much information to go over wanting to take a child to a place were you need to focus and especially when it comes to this excitement, nerves kick in and we hear what we want, being fully focused on what is being discussed is key. No pun intended half the people are in recovery mode who and why would you take children with you to a place like this. It is an inconvenience to others, and not finding a seat because of room full of patience means good results are coming out of the surgery room, empty room means the opposite, right, right? validates that you are at the right place. Thus far my communication with staff has been with Dr. Dimario, Daniel and Janet. Daniel super duper awesome, good work ethic as is Janet's. to date I have not had any issues with returned text messages and or calls, can't expect quick responses when they are working. I will say I do get a response and or call and my questions have been answered -so less nervous and ready to pull the trigger. to that end, Janet is VERY thorough when it comes to her patients she is diligent in accommodating and ensuring safety first, satisfaction and good customer service is being provided, that is a fact and I pride myself on my WORD. I will be posting on Real Self before and afters . Happy Journey to all venturing out on this. It takes time and maybe years to find the right hands to perform miracles. From the very beginning, I made it crystal clear that my health and safety were my number-one concern. I have a serious medical history, including a life-threatening asthma attack in 2023 that caused my heart to stop and resulted in me being placed in a medically induced coma and hospitalized for more than a week. I specifically explained this during my initial consultation. I was told I would meet with the surgeon before surgery and that if the surgeon determined I was not medically safe to proceed, I would not have surgery and would receive a FULL REFUND. I was even told:"Your health is way more important than the surgery." I believed them. That was my mistake. THEY WERE HAPPY TO TAKE MY MONEY -- BUT I COULDN'T GET A SURGEON TO SEE ME. I paid thousands of dollars. I completed bloodwork, an EKG, pulmonary testing, and other pre-operative requirements. I purchased recovery supplies. I worked overtime. I worked weekends. I made sacrifices as a single mother of three. My family made preparations for my recovery. I did EVERYTHING I was asked to do. But when it came time for the one thing that mattered most--actually meeting the surgeon and discussing whether surgery was safe for me--I couldn't get it done. FIRST PRE-OP APPOINTMENT I arrived on time. I waited. And waited. And waited. Nearly THREE HOURS. I still never saw the surgeon. Instead, while I was sitting there waiting for the medical consultation I had been promised, I was approached about making another payment. I explained that the paperwork indicated my final payment wasn't due yet. I still paid another $1,000. Still no surgeon. Eventually, I was told the surgeon had an emergency at the hospital and my appointment had to be rescheduled. I understood that emergencies happen. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. THEN THEY LEFT ME WAITING FOR ALMOST A MONTH Despite continuing to receive communications about payments, I wasn't contacted to properly reschedule my appointment with the surgeon. This was incredibly concerning because my medical history had been the ONE THING I repeatedly emphasized from day one. My primary care physician was extremely concerned when I told her what was happening. She advised me NOT to proceed under these circumstances. Then, ironically, I received a message saying I could finally meet with the surgeon. I called the office specifically to confirm: "Is this appointment actually with the surgeon?" I was told YES. So I trusted them again. SECOND ATTEMPT -- SAME STORY Again, I did not see the surgeon. After TWO AND A HALF HOURS I was eventually told the surgeon was running behind because of another emergency. I continued waiting. Then I noticed every other patient was gone. The office lights were turned off. Only a few employees were still there. And I STILL had not been seen by the surgeon. So I left. I called my mother afterward and broke down crying. Because at that point, I finally understood: I could no longer trust this practice with my health or my life. TWO APPOINTMENTS. HOURS OF WAITING. ZERO SURGEON CONSULTATIONS. Let that sink in. I had disclosed a serious medical history. I was preparing for elective surgery. I completed extensive testing. I paid thousands of dollars. I repeatedly asked to meet with the surgeon. And after TWO separate attempts, I still had never been evaluated by the surgeon. Yet payment requests continued. That is what I find so deeply troubling. THIS IS NOT A REVIEW FROM SOMEONE WHO "JUST CHANGED THEIR MIND." I didn't walk away because I got cold feet. I walked away because the repeated failures to provide the promised medical consultation destroyed my confidence in the practice. My primary care physician advised me against proceeding. My family no longer feels comfortable with me having surgery through this practice. And honestly, neither do I. I am now requesting a FULL REFUND OF THE over $7,000 I PAID. MY ADVICE TO ANYONE CONSIDERING BODY ARTS LLC: DO YOUR HOMEWORK. DO NOT blindly trust verbal promises or social media influencers. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. ASK EXACTLY WHEN YOU WILL MEET THE SURGEON. ASK WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR MONEY IF THE SURGERY DOESN'T HAPPEN. And most importantly: PAY ATTENTION TO HOW THEY TREAT YOU BEFORE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. During the surgery, we discovered that both implants had ruptured--it was a much more complicated procedure than expected, extending from a planned 3-3.5 hours to 5.5 hours. Dr Farole's availability worked much better in this instance. My top right tooth started to pop out of its gum on the front end, and I still had 3 total remaining including the one popping out, so my dentist recommended I have all remaining evaluated. My consult copay was $50. The office was very well organized in my opinion. You can opt-in for text message or email updates, appointment notifications can be managed via text, and I was able to get my new patient paperwork in prior to my first appointment for smooth sailing. Dr. Farole and all the staff were very friendly and had a great bedside manner and demeanor in their approach. Dr. Farole had explained to me both pros and cons of removing just the 1 giving me the problem, or removing all at the same time. We ultimately decided to get rid of all of them and go under general anesthesia. This was my first general anesthesia experience of my life, and as a relatively anxious person - I'm here to tell the rest of you that there is absolutely nothing to be scared of. I know there are a couple of terrifying reviews on here of people waking up in pain screaming and the staff laughing... I have to say that I truly wonder if the people that wrote those reviews were still under the influence of the drugs and remember incorrectly.. but either way I'm here to tell you that absolutely was NOT my experience. I don't even remember falling asleep. It was easy to drift off to sleep, easy to wake up - and it was not scary. The staff did make jokes here and there, but nothing unprofessional - I really think they're just trying to put you at ease and show you there's nothing to worry about ! One thing I loved is that they allow you to choose the music you want before your procedure. I put my favorite music on, I remember chatting to them about work, and the next thing I know I was waking up with the gauze in my mouth and them instructing me of my next steps. I scheduled my follow up about 1 week out from the procedure (no copay for that) and Dr. Farole will check on your healing progress, check for infection, etc. Make sure to follow the instructions they provide you for recovery. Based on my experience, I would recommend Dr. Farole and his team for your wisdom teeth extraction! I can't speak to anything else, but I'd trust them with my care.

During the follow up visit I was told as soon as the doctor walked in the room that I was a "crazy woman." While looking at my teeth I was told I was "acting like a child" when I flinched and was poking me with a qtip, it was not gentle. He had no empathy and was very unprofessional, no customer should be treated this way. Most of the staff was nice and I feel bad they have to work for him.
