I had Vaser Lipo on Jan 15th. This is after a tummy tuck in NY. So my second round was difficult we discovered I had scar tissue on my left flank. Dr Falcone has amazing bedside manner and many years of experience. I was awake the whole time. The recovery is going well, barely any bruising just some random swelling as to be expected. I have returned weekly to get fluid checks and some sections drained. I love my results so far! I went from 3 back rolls down to one which will shrink as time passes. It's hard finds a board certified surgeon in Philadelphia area with so much experience and very few surgeons. I've reached out to wanted to work over someone else's work. I waited a while to write this but have to expose the truth. She does a "Y Lift" that really looks like a "U" lift or an "O" lift. She uses about 3-5 syringes and a cannula which gives horrific jawline results. She charges you to dilute filler from before that never needed diluting. She doesn't explain the process or price. I have NEVER paid this amount of money with such bad results. It took me so long to find a person to fix this. Dr Falcone, stick to your liposuction on sale, no need for 4 assistants for filler and watch your temper with your staff. My mother and I would NEVER return. read more

The Best! Dr. Falcone corrected a terrible job that was done in another clinic. When I reached her, she was realistic in what she could deliver and explained to me that, because the hollow and lumps my results may not be perfect. Well she exceeded my expectation!!! I leaved 18 months sad and wondering how other clinics can charge outrageous prices claiming that their services and Dr. are the best. I'm not saying that all bodies are the same, but if you follow Dr. Falcone's instructions, you would have great results too. Dr. Falcone is my to tgo place! First, I will say Dr. Falcone was extremely nice during my first consultation for liposuction. I remember feeling like I was on the verge of tears because she left me feeling empowered and confident in my decision to change my life for the better. I am overweight and have been struggling with my weight for years. Although, my stomach has always been my problem area regardless of my weight. I always hated how it looked because I had a pooch (hanging lower belly fat). Even during my lowest adult body weight (170 bs) I always had this pooch. In summer of 2019, I made the decision to fix my pooch. After researching liposuction specialists in the area, I found Dr. Falcone. I went with Dr. Falcone because her reviews were great, and after our initial consultation I felt that I could trust her to do my surgery. However, during my research I saw that most women with excess belly fat either liposuction, a tummy tuck, or both. However, I did not know what procedure was best for my problem. During my initial consultation, I asked Dr. Falcone if I needed a tummy tuck. Dr. Falcone examined me and told me that I absolutely did not need a tummy tuck. Dr. Falcone said that I was young (28 at the time) and had good skin elasticity. Dr. Falcone said that I would only need liposuction and that my pooch would shrink up after surgery. I needed time to figure out when was the best time to have surgery, and finalize my decision. I finally went back for another consultation, and again I asked Dr. Falcone if she is sure that I did not need a tummy tuck. Again, Dr. Falcone assured me that I did not need a tummy tuck due to my age, good elasticity, and because I have never given birth. I trusted Dr. Falcone with all of my heart and spirit. I really trusted that I was in good hands. I was so excited to get rid of this pooch and feel confident. I support what another reviewer Michelle U stated. I was also not happy with what Dr. Falcone did for me. I had to go back a second time to correct or remove more fat cells and a couple years later, my weight is fine but I can never show my stomach and totally regret my decision to let Dr. Falcone do my smart lipo. I did all my follow ups and did as I was instructed but I completely regret doing this procedure. Dr. Falcone is very nice and sweet but my procedure and results are horrible. And I cannot afford to correct the bad results at this point. Think twice and do your research before undergoing any life changing procedures at this office. I highly recommend Dr. Falcone and her staff. The facility itself is very clean and welcoming, very easy to get an appointment. The Front Desk staff is so helpful in accommodating in aspects - booking, questions, day of and follow-up. I opted to schedule the smart-lipo at this location for my love handles, hips and back bra line. It being a cosmetic procedure I was nervous to commit, but Dr. Falcone was realistic with expectations and which areas needed of mine needed work - which could be enhanced by her and which could be a goal to achieve. It never felt like she was trying to upsell me, it was talking with a friend to try and achieve real results. The procedure itself was long (4 hours) but again the staff was very helpful and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. I did feel a little pain and discomfort throughout but manageable, I was up and about the same day just took things a bit slower and wore my garment as told - 2 weeks total. You will see a visible difference that day and will continue to as your swelling lessens. For me personal, I really didn't notice the swelling, the hardest part for me would have been the showering and using the restroom as you will be sore and bruised from the pressure of the cannulas and removal. To help gauge the pain/downtime, I had the procedure on a Friday, back at work that Monday and ended up traveling from PA to NE/MN for a set of concerts the next week with little discomfort. Nothing an extra strength Tylenol couldn't help. Almost a month later, I am still healing nicely with a little pain and numbness (which is completely normal) but am happy with my decision as each day is better and better and I feel more confident in myself. I would recommend this procedure to anyone who needs a jump start in the right direction when diet and exercise aren't seeming to help. It was fairly affordable with minimal downtime.
