She literally got down into crawl spaces and pointed out anything she thought was concerning: cracks in foundation, subpar building materials, roofing, mold, water damage, gutters, basements, things we would have never thought to consider. We never felt pressured to buy even though we looked at 20+ houses with her over several days. If she felt the house wasn't right for us, she let us know why instead of pushing us to put in offers. We decided to wait and make sure we planned on staying in Knoxville before buying. She made sure we knew she would be there to help us when we decided we were ready. In 2018 we knew we were ready to buy, and Regina was ready to go with another round of house showings. She gave us the same attention and consideration as the first time around.
