Not only did Prospect have the lower rate in the end, they also had the most streamline process by using all digital documents with DocuSign. All the many pages that traditionally were mailed, signed, and returned via fax or mail can all be done on your phone (the other lender did not use digital signing which was a pain). Mike and his assistant were my only contacts there, and they were both at the ready via phone or email at all times.
