The stylist did not understand what kind of highlight style and color I want but just want to make money so totally screwed up and damaged my hair with bleach to the color I did not want. She also don't know how to brush my long hair gently. She was so rough the entire time and pulled so many hair off of me. I screamed a few times because she really hurt me but she just didn't care. It was the worse experience I ever had. I asked her to dye my hair back to my original color after I saw the highlight color but she refused and kept saying that color looks really good. At the end she put toner on my hair to neutralize the yellow color from the bleach but then I had 4 or 5 different shades of brown, and yellow on my head which is so ugly plus my original black and grey. I looked much older than before I got my hair done which was not the original intention. And she still charged me over $250 for the bad service with the wrong color on my head. Then the other stylist told me that I can go back next day or 2 if I really don't like the color to get it all black as my original color with additional cost. Really....they want more money from me. Why can't they just be honest and tell me they can't or don't know how to do what I want? Instead they put me through 5+ hours in hell and totally damaged my hair and look. They are really that money thirsty or what? Never going back there again and I hope no one will have to experience that. read more

I had an amazing appointment with Adriana just yesterday. I really appreciated her taking the time to ask me about my hair history. My appointment was first thing at 9am so it was nice and quiet which I really dig. She shared the products she was using without trying to upsell me, and gave color recommendations based on the current state of my hair. This time I went to see the co-owner, Christina for the first time. I have been a big fan of hers for a long time just wasn't able to get an appointment due to my work schedule. I finally booked an appointment with her and I must say I found my hair wizard It was a pleasant surprise as I went to get my hair washed at the shampoo bowl she was able to adjust it from behind my neck which made it really comfortable as she processed the toner and washed off the colors. She was very aware of my comfort and asked throughout the appointment if I was doing OK. I also got a hair cut, she did a amazing job on my long layers! Christina is well educated in her industry, she has an upbeat and positive personality. Christins skills are magical. She even properly informed me on specific product's for my hair type. As I waited for my hair to process I had the pleasure to chat with Crystal the co-owner and Andra the nail tech, they had me laughing and feeling like I was back in high school chatting with my girls. The vibe is clean and loud so it's not a place to be taking naps and relaxing. It's a beauty shop so it's fun, loud and exciting! These hair stylists are charging over $300 for nothing. first of all they are very unprofessional I had an appointment and my still at wasn't even here, I waited over 30 minutes for her to come. I told her I wanted a balayage and the only thing she did was turned my hair orange and she didn't even toned it after I told her that it looked her horrible she just wanted to get out of there because she had another appointment.
