Absolutely awful store, rude employees and terrible customer service. I would not recommend to…read moreanyone at all. I went to this store yesterday evening, 2/8/2015, after seeing this store at the Pink Bridal Show. I was there with two friends, and we were browsing the bridal dresses. Now, I am a size 12, which means I'm a dress size 14. I don't expect a lot of boutiques to carry above a 10, but this place actually had a handful of dresses that were 12 or above. I found a beautiful dress that was a size 8 and picked it off the rack, intending to ask an associate if they had a similar style in my size, or if they could order that one in my size (since they had other dresses from that brand in my size). A few seconds later, an associate walked over to me, plucked the dress straight from my hands, put it back on the rack, and said in a condescending tone, "You shouldn't be looking at dresses that are way too tiny for you." Really?! Did this woman think I was going to try to wear a dress that was obviously too small for me? She didn't even ask if I had questions about the dress. I then asked if they had dressing rooms to try on any of the other dresses to see what size I should order for the one that was too small. The woman turned around, looked at her coworker, and sighed. This was an hour and a half before the mall closed, and the store was otherwise empty, so I'm not sure why it was such a burden to do. We left and went to another store that had actual customer service and more variety. The store also has a lot of prom or pageant style dresses, and many of them are very pretty and not terribly expensive. But none of them are pretty enough or a good enough deal to put up with the employees. Take a pass on this store.

I bought a prom dress from them and had it specially ordered and paid quite a bit for it. I also…read morehad alterations done to my dress as well. They did a wonderful job on the alterations but their customer service is pathetic. My prom is May 7th, and I took my dress in today which is May 5th and asked them to steam one layer of my dress so it would look good for Saturday and not have any wrinkles. Need I remind you I have only tried it on a few times since I picked it up and brought it home. Well the lady working flat out told me there was no way she could steam any part of the dress since it had already been steamed once by them. Oh and she also said they were way too busy with other dresses. She had a very bad attitude and was very rude. I then took my dress to Weddings by Eda and the lady there said she would steam the layer of the dress for me for FREE. She was very kind, and was super nice. If you are thinking about going to Princess Diaries I would think twice. I think if you buy a dress from them or any other store that they should make sure that it looks perfect for your special day. They obviously don't care. I have always gone to Weddings by Eda until now, but I will never go to Princess Diaries for anything ever again.
