It's always a bit nerve racking to use a florist in a distant city because you can't know if they are actually any good. Emma's made a beautiful arrangement and was even able to add in a few of my mom's favorite flower even though they are not common this time of year. My sweet sons, out of state, sent me a lovely floral arrangement for Mother's Day. Delivery was good, Saturday night, before MDay. So service is good. Flowers were lovely, but only lasted 6 days! Some died on day 3, so I pulled those out. The roses never opened at all. Today no more live flowers. Yes I added water as needed. I get that florists have to buy ahead for these big days, but gosh, I've had other flowers last two weeks. Not these. The arrangement shown on the website is very representative to what was delivered, so that's good. But the rose buds never opened so didn't get to enjoy those. read more

I ordered some flowers for my mother as a gift online (I do not live in Rockport) and I wanted support the local economy instead of giant flower conglomerate. Well I should have looked elsewhere. Their website is pretty bad but I don't expect anything fancy from small businesses like this one. I ordered a bunch online for same day delivery. The reason for the poor review is they never responded to any of my calls or attempts to reach out to any customer service person. I ordered their seasonal bouquet and I was hoping they could add a few of my mom's favorites or personalize it, or just let me know what I was paying for. But they never responded, I actually began to think I had paid a business that was no longer in service. Well my mom texted me a thank you picture later and when I saw the bouquet I was crushed, it was all filler flowers: carnations, spray daisy, alstroemerias, and baby's breath. Very uninspired and meh. I felt so bad for my mom. Poor service, bad product. I do give them one extra star for delivering it in time. read more

We ordered flowers from this shop to be delivered to our mother in a nursing home in Rockport. I happened to be in town for a visit a week later and can't even begin to express my disappointment with the flowers. We ordered the "Pretty Please" arrangement from the website for $49.95, but what we got appeared to be a budvase with a $10 grocery store bouquet in it. I got the address with the intention of going to the shop to complain, only to find that the business address is a boarded up shack completely surrounded by chain link fence with "No Trespassing" and "Beware of Dog" signs out front. read more
