Several students, including myself, were left struggling financially while still being expected to meet school obligations. In my case, I was removed from the program and left with debt despite investing significant time, effort, and money into my education. Additionally, there were multiple instances where salon services performed through the school resulted in unsatisfactory outcomes. Several clients left with severely damaged hair, unwanted brassiness, or orange tones that did not match the requested results. Rather than prioritizing quality education and corrective training, concerns often seemed to go unresolved. A school should provide students with the skills, support, and guidance necessary to succeed. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations. I encourage prospective students to thoroughly research the program, ask detailed questions about policies, financial obligations, and student support services before enrolling. I hope this review encourages the administration to address these issues and improve the experience for future students and clients.

There was a large availability of time slots for the road test - unlike the county Tax Collector Offices. On the day of the test, we arrived very early for our appointment since we drove from Orlando Kip immediately accommodated us (we were definitely willing to wait for our time slot if needed), helped us through the paperwork (using my out of state car), and provided us with the tablet for the review. My daughter said during the road test, he was kind, patient, and supportive. While I nervously waited and paced in the building, another All Class employee offered me a bottle of water and talked with me to reduce my nerves. There was a lot riding on her passing, as my flight was the next morning, but if we needed to reschedule for the FREE retest, the next weekday had ample availability. Upon passing, Kip explained that she needed to go to the tax office to get her license. We shared that we also needed to do a change of address, but we didn't have the documents with us. So, he helped us and printed what we needed, which was definitely above and beyond what All Class needed to do. This allowed us to get to the Lakeland office, change her address, and walk out with her license 45 minutes later. I cannot recommend All Class enough! This place is a Godsend for my family during this recession. The instructors are literally hands-on and helpful to these students. The students should have a successful future with great instructors like the 3 I've met. The students ask lots of questions and ask for guidance which is very mature and professional to do. I've brought my niece here for over a month and I've been satisfied with Shondra's professional attitude and expertise in haircare. Amara did a deep conditioning as well. All 3 of my kids came here and was very happy with the students that serviced their hair. I was so impressed that I decided to get my hair done. Ana cut my hair 2 weeks ago, she layered it perfectly. Gained my trust and I let her do a ombre last week. I'm completely satisfied and excited to return. I highly recommend this place. Don't forget to bring cash for a tip. You can pay for services with debit or credit, but you will need cash for a tip. They deserve it. Anya did my hair SHE WAS THE BEST so sweet this scissor snipping goddess gave me a GORGEOUS hair cut ALL HAIR CUTS 12$ I definitely pinched a penny With this one but worth well more always made sure to ask her instructor when we were both confused. I didn't even know what I wanted, but I definitely got it. The lady with a neon hair was also great.! can't wait until she gets to the bleach! Every good instructor that I have had so far in my interior design program has left the school since I have started my degree. I have had two instructors so far that have caused problems within the design program and I have reached out to Mr. Essie for help. He stated that no other students have complained and I explained to him that the students are afraid to complain due to the fact that they are not taken serious so they have given up. Just last week I reached out to Mr. Essie I'm confidence to explain to him that a new instructor he has hired has crossed the line professionally with his words to his students calling me bulimic and another girl large with that being said I do want to state that he was joking but it was still unprofessional. Essies direct response was that he didn't believe he would say that but he would talk to him. I immediately found out that he did talk to this professor and told the professor who said the complaint and the following week the professor announced to the class that it was me who made the complaint. I'm usually not a complainer but the school is extremely expensive and nothing is being done to better these students futures. Southern technical college I urge you to take a trip to your Fort Myers campus and look into all of the complaints and take action to provide your students a better future.
