I wouldn't go to a mainstream chiro to be honest, but AO is completely different! Just a gentle sound wave instrument realigns the atlas bone, and the relief from so many symptoms when it's in place is astounding. Less pain, brain fog. Better sleep, energy, focus, breathing.
