I used Northeast Orthopedics for years for various ailments over the years. My last visit will be…read moremy last time ever using them and I advice that people find another provider. I went there for headaches which my GP asked me to go see a Orthopedics doctor since it could be a neck problem. The Orthopedist rudely responded to me is that they don't fix headaches. I said if it's a neck or upper back issue could it cause headaches and he said yes. So they can fix a headache if it's an orthopedic issue. The other issue and the bigger one of the two is as I stated I was a recurring customer over the years but since I didn't go to them for a bunch of years I had to pay a new customer fee. I've been fighting them ever since on those charges and they refuse to budge. And recently they were hacked into and got mine and others information stolen.

I normally don't post reviews but I just got off the phone with their receptionist Maureen who took exception to my looking for an understanding of when I might hear back from my physical therapist, she got snippy, and after finally answering me, she hung up on me. I assume she's a little confused as to what her role is as a receptionist and thinks it's OK to be rude to the customers. I will say this though, I still recommend the facility just beware of Maureen

Dr. Jinto and Dr. Angelo treated me with respect and honesty. I have gone to another PT before and hands down this experience was 100% better. I hope I don't have to ever see them again in this situation, but I am truly grateful for their amazing care. The door was open but no one was about. I walked through the office calling out and eventually a gentleman came out from the back gymnasium and said the entire staff was undergoing training. He took wife's name and number with a promise to have have someone call. They never called. On Tuesday she spoke with someone from the Englewood office who promised to call back regarding insurance coverage. Again no call back. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

This health facility has improved since it opened years ago…read more Growing pains were evident for years, poor customer services. Doctors were coming and going. Desk personnel were on the phone or not greeting patients. Phlebotomists were not good drawing blood. I hope this health care setting will improve soon.
