When the outlet behind my coffee maker started making alarming noises, we shut off the breaker and called our regular electrician. After two hours with no response, we tried another. Still no reply. Meanwhile, the refrigerator was off too, and we were not about to lose all our food. We turned to Yelp. The reviews looked solid, so we called. They answered right away. A few minutes later, we got a text saying Daniel was on his way and would arrive in 16 minutes. And he did. We described the issue, he inspected the outlet, and removed the cover. The receptacle was cracked in five places, with melted and burned plastic. It was a dangerous mess that could have turned into a serious problem. Daniel replaced it, flipped the breaker, and everything came back to life. No more crackling. Coffee maker working. Fridge humming again. We are very happy with the service and have added Johnathon Brown Electric to our go-to list. If we have another electrical issue, they will be our first call.
