I've been going for only a few weeks for back and hip pain. I already have major relief, making my walking so much easier. Love this place!

Hey nice facility. The dr is a little short or possibly just a language barrier, however, my treatment felt amazing

I officially started April 19th.with the 1st shot. On April 27th I contacted the clinic to let them know, I was not feeling any effects, they assured me to give it some time to work. Fast forward to May 13th, my food noise & sugar cravings is out this world. I started doing my research. I contacted the compounding pharmacy to ask questions. Unbeknownst to me the pharmacy listed had no clue who NY Medical Weight lost Clinic was, neither were they aware of who I am. I went further to gather information, The compounding pharmacy they say was Emerald Compounding Pharmacy located in Tampa FL, they also have no records of the "physician " who sent the scripts. They charged me $2749...for 4 month of tirzepetide.I returned the unused pre-filled syringes to their clinic & requested to be removed from their program, because of all the discrepancies. I also filed an official report to the Attorney General's office. They are insisting I pay for a product that I returned. I have video footage of all transactions & also a full recording from the Manager at Emerald Compounding Pharmacy, who also encouraged me to seek legal help.Eri, is the manager at NY Medical Weight Loss who is giving a hard time to release me from their illegal program. And here is the kicker, I requested the original script that was transcribed to the doctor, she went & typed a letter. I then requested to see the business license, she walked away. I will get to the bottom of this I promise. This is so wrong, especially for persons who are really Diabetic or even type 2 & wants to live better healthier lives. This is my experience. I am very happy to say, I lost about 50 (gained back 25) and so far, she has lost 77 pounds. Thats right folks just a little under 1/3 her body weight, and feeling GREAT. You need a catalyst to start a program like this and be this committed, for her it was getting on the ground and playing with our granddaughter. Helene goes to all the meetings when we're in town and uses her app every single day. She plans out her day in the morning and follows it to the max. She definitely utilizes their snacks and throughly reviews all their recipes. She is addicted to WW. Hey, whatever works. A diet is just that, a diet. When you come off the diet is when you see your wait spike back up. WW is a lifestyle and she has embraced and learned what she needs to do, and does it really well I may add. Not unattainable goals but realistic expectations. Thank you WW for what your have helped my wife do and enjoy it so much. What they say is so true... "It's a lifestyle, not a diet."

As WW food is generally pretty pricey I had to swing in and buy a bunch. I wasn't sure what to do when I got in the store, if I just pick things off the shelves and find someone to check me out. I decided to just follow along what another person was doing and it ended up working out. It was a little confusing at the checkout cause they ask if you do the monthly which I responded to yes on the app but they're referring to meetings or something. All and all it worked out because I left with $40 of groceries for $20!
