When I arrived, I found out that they are under new ownership, but the new owners have actually worked here for years while it was under the old ownership. My husband and I are a tough sale (we have been to a few different places before), and we are so impressed with the people here: friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and energetic. They did such a great job with our baby, and they were so helpful when it came time to choose our package. We will be coming back, and we will be recommending them to friends and family, as well. 1. Prices are beyond reasonable, and they don't try to up-sell you like other studios (like JCPenney). 2. The selection/options were fantastic. They have a ton of backgrounds and props. They were very creative with posing our baby. 3. The shoot is enjoyable. They don't rush you like other studios. They give your baby a lot of personalized attention, and you can tell that they care. 4. They are skilled. Our baby does not have a tremendous range when it comes to facial expressions, but they captured every bit of animation our baby showed. They got her to hold positions that I didn't think she could hold, and they maximized the time they had. Best baby photo experience we've had!

I searched high and low for someone who could take heirloom portraits for my little one. I…read morecontacted 3 photographers and Cristal was the only one that contacted me immediately through text. Heirloom portraits are more of a southern thing so I sent her inspiration pictures for reference. She said she could do it so I ended up booking her for a session. She had tons of props and outfits to choose from. We decided to go the simpler route and opted for no props with a simple white background. The session ended up being 15 minutes (she said she got THE shot). After about a week, Cristal sent me a soft proof gallery with about 75 photos to choose from. I picked my 12 and texted her feedback on the ones I wanted more/less cropped. She also nailed the vignette on the heirloom portraits; it was exactly what I was looking for! She sent me a second gallery with my 12 picks, also including them in B&W and different editing styles (34 total). Cristal had great communication, and will go above and beyond to make sure you love your pictures! I would highly recommend her if you live in the IE area. One tiny note, 4 photos have a faint line at the top. It looks like the editing filter wasn't taken all the way up. With that being said, not the end of the world and would gladly book her again.

Holly was so open to ideas, so patient and thoughtful during the shoot, and her assistant seriously bent over backwards just to get that perfect smile and laugh captured on camera! Her studio was neat and tidy, with lots of outfits and props on the side for outfit changes and changing things up. I just opened the sneak peak email I just received from the session, and now an emotional wreck. Holly's ability to artfully stage the sets, use of lighting, composition, and TIMING is incredible!
