She did a thorough history and suggested other issues she could address while I was receiving the treatments. We hit it off right away, since we have similar interests. I have continued to see Sharleen for over a year. She regulated my imbalances, ending my headaches and regulating my hormones. Sharleen is a blessing!! Near 1 1/2 years ago, I was experiencing horrible fatigue, headaches, and pain for over 6 months from active Epstein Barr Virus. I haven't felt such pain and weakness ever in my entire life. I thought I tried everything and it was making me depressed. I was fortunate enough to have known Sharleen from Studio 30 as a trainer. As others have stated, Sharleen is Great!! She is very attentive and spends the time getting to know you and educates you in the process. I sent my mom there for treatment of ear pain, which resolved, and eventually I went as well. I did not have any acute pain per say, but my blood pressure was a bit high causing me some neck discomfort and headaches. Sharleen recommended some herbal supplements and of course treatments with needles and cupping. My blood pressure is much better now, however I still go at regular intervals. I have found within my sessions a peace and serenity, much like meditation or receiving a 6-hr massage. Overall, I feel a great deal less stress and invigorated after my sessions, I plan to continue my treatments with Sharleen as my treat to myself to maintain my health.
