Lindora is a medical weight loss clinic. It has proven to be very successful year after year. I know this because I've been a patient at the particular clinic for 12 years. But it has turned into a cold and calus money hungry clinic. In 12 years, no one has ever treated me or spoke to me in such an uncaring way. Monica, the new manager should be reconsidered for different position in the company. Maybe one where she doesn't deal with patients. We all come in there dealing with different issues. None of which need to be addressed in front of other patients. I will not be returning to the Rancho Cucamonga location as long as Monica is a manager and if Lindora cannot transfer my membership, I will not be going back at all. It's a medical clinic, perhaps their managers should take that into consideration before talking about stuff in front of other patients. read more

Getting support from the friendly, professional staff at Lindora was a really good decision for me. The coaching I got from Crystal, Lauren, and Phoenix was excellent and they have made such a positive, impactful change in my life. This is a difficult and challenging program not to mention a complete rip-off. You MUST have incredible willpower and accountability. It's not a bad thing if you struggle - but know your limits before you invest in this program. The first week was like a detox and was extremely difficult. I started feeling really good with more energy but the menu left me feeling starved. It can be easy to wander off course when you are hungry. My upfront charge was $1500 for the 10-week program which can only be done once a year unless you opt to go with the unlimited program which is more expensive. At the end of the 10-week term, you can upgrade to an unlimited program if you desire to continue your journey. Lindora is somewhat like Jenny Craig because the program is pointless without their food/products. If you look at the Lindora plans and pricing information online, be sure to read the fine print and ask questions! The pricing on their website is appealing to lure you in to see a counselor. Please keep in mind, the program fee does NOT include the cost of food, supplements, skinny shots, contouring, etc., - that is ALL separate. At 8 weeks in, my program had already cost me MORE THAN $50 PER DAY. This included the startup fee, Lindora food, and one bottle of Lindora supplements. This does NOT include additional non-Lindora food items or supplements. I had no idea that everything would cost so much. No one was honest about the actual costs of the program - but I figured it out pretty quickly after I was financially invested. Be forewarned, EVERY VISIT IS A SALES PITCH. THERE IS A COMMISSION/BONUS SCHEDULE. This is how they make their real money on weight-loss-hungry clients. The employees look for clues when you go in for your daily check-ins and recommend all sorts of unnecessary products. They even recommended Lindora's Apple Cider Vinegar supplements to suppress my appetite but I was able to get it at a grocery store for a BOGO at far more than half the cost. It was incredibly aggravating to receive at least one recommendation for a product every day. This tells me there was no need for it in my program. The desperate buy into this scheme and feed on expensive "fat burners" to lose even more weight but it is just more money in the employee paycheck. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but the manager was rude. I had a question, being new to the program, and she grabbed a program book and told me to look it up. I had no clue what I was doing and felt stupid for asking how to count carbs. They do this every day - I don't. For the first 7 days on protein only, I did exceptionally well losing 1lb per day. On day 8, moving into the regular program, nothing happened. Weigh-ins are pointless because you weigh differently based on time of day, clothing, scale, etc. It started messing with my head, my motivation, my success, and my confidence. As hard as I tried to follow the program exactly, I would lose an ounce. It looked like I wasn't even trying to follow the program which was embarrassing. The fact that I had put so much money into the program made me extremely hard on myself to lose weight and wasn't helping my mentality. Being that I am unable to afford the continuation of this program, I've decided to take what I learned and move forward on my own. I have the program guide and many resources to help me. I won't feel so pressured and forced to do better for monetary reasons. Similar food/protein items can be found online without the high cost that comes with Lindora products. I've noticed that Atkins and Slim Fast have excellent replacements but be sure to do your research. They are always going to say "you'll do really well on this program." Have asked to have membership canceled and they keep taking the monthly out of my bank account even though I haven't been in to the clinic in months. Started Lindora In October 2019. March 2020 Covid happened. I believe I went in a few times in March and I think once in April. I have a compromised immune so for health reasons I was unable to go in. I called Lindora and asked if I could hold off until Covid gets a little better and then I would finish my membership. I was told no. So I kept paying while I was unable to go in. People kept calling even after I had told them I wasn't coming in. I was told I had to send a email to cancel my membership...First I was given the wrong email ( I sent two, one in Aug and one in September). Then I was given another email, so I sent another in October. Never received anything back until today. It basically said they weren't going to cancel my membership until I paid in full.... I called the 1-800 number the lady I spoke to was very rude. I Explained what had happened and how I was treated.... her exact words were " well we didn't offer that" when I said I had asked to put off the membership and I would finish when Covid got a little better. Then she said they never received and email. So I have to keep paying, Well when your employees give out the wrong email of course your not going to receive it. I think they do this on purpose to suck more money from you... I paid my year membership in full but they keep wanting to charge me because again they SAID they didn't receive my first two emails..They did the exact same thing to a friend of mine. They charged her for 5-6 months after cancelling her membership. Beware because they will keep charging you as well. When they say all you have to do is send a email, that's bs.... that's exactly what I did 3x and they still want to charge me. read more

The staff at Lindora in Rancho Cucamonga are amazing! Phoenix is incredibly knowledgeable and has guided me every step of the way.
