Empire Wildlife sprayed the apartment that I'm living in yesterday. An employee by the name of Rocco used my bathroom (defecated) and clogged my toilet. I had to repeatedly plunge the toilet and dirty water spilled onto the floor. I used Bleach to mop my floor and clean around the toilet. I had to replace my toilet brush as soiled toilet paper was stuck to it after I presume Rocco tried to clean the toilet. Nevertheless, when I finally heard back from Dave and relayed this story, he called me a liar, told me to "go fuck yourself" and hung up on me. Horribly unprofessional. read more

I had to give a 1 star rating because zero rating was not an option. PLEASE DO NOT use Rocco from Empire Wildlife Service. Once he has your money, he will not return your calls, he will hang up on you and say that he is having trouble with his phone disconnecting. I have read other homeowners' reviews and this is the common complaint about Rocco. It took him all of about 10 minutes to spray my interlocked driveway and patio area. He assured me that he will get rid of the ants problem and not to worry because he is the owner and will take care of me. I am still experiencing ant hills in my interlock and Rocco will not return my calls. I have left umpteen messages, to no avail. He should be shut down. read more

BEWARE OF BEING SCAMMED. If you dont trust my review dig a little deeper into their past websites and reviews. My husband hired this company in December 2018 and January 2019. This is my experience with this company. A raccoon broke into my attic and I contacted Empire Wildlife Removal for a professional removal and repair service. Rocco (the person working from Empire) came to put a one way door and told us that he would repair the soffits and put a mesh to prevent the raccoons from coming back. This charge was $750 due to all the damage with the soffit and was paid through credit card. The raccoon came back again in another part of the roof so we paid Rocco another $350 for this removal and repair. Now, 2 months later, the raccoon has broken in through the first hole again which should have been guaranteed. I tried to contact Rocco to have him come and fix the roof again(over voicemail a handful of times since there was no answer)and when he finally answered the phone from other phone numbers that were not mine, he repeatedly hung up on me. My husband called from another number and finally spoke to him, he said he did not fix that side of the roof. However, he sent us pictures in January when first coming to do the job. The pictures were of the hole and where he fixed it, which is the same location. We sent him that picture and the picture with the new damage. We then noticed that the hole he told us was fixed, was actually not fixed. He did not fix any of the soffits, he onlyput mesh. The part of the mesh he added to cover up the one way door for the racoon to leave from was not secure and was just wrapped around like a piece of foil on a container. I used the online chat on the website and the person told me Rocco did not work there, even though there was a video on the homepage of Rocco with his name on his t-shirt and him introducing himself in the video as Rocco. The person on the chat said, "Do you mean Rocky". They also told me that this was not their fault and that they do not fix soffits, although Rocco charged us to fix them. Mesh wiring only in a 2 by 2 space does not cost $750. We now had to contact another company to take care of this raccoon problem again when it could have already been dealt with in January and cost us a lot less than we paid. We have given Rocco $1100 to put up mesh that was not securely installed. I put a complain through the better business bureau and Empire is responding pretending they did not work with me when I have I reciept, correspondence and camera footage. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. read more
