I called yesterday and informed Sande about my new unwanted guests in our detached garage. He told me that he could come and fit me in within today's schedule. Also, he very clearly detailed the potential costs involved for the work. Today, he came early within the estimated time-window. I asked him yesterday to call me in advance so I could make room for him in our driveway. He gave me a 30 minute heads up today. Perfect. It was pouring rain today but that didn't slow down Sande and his colleague. They found the mother raccoon and her pups. I HIGHLY recommend Sande Wildlife Control. I had a racoon fall through my son's window in the middle of the night and Sande arrived quickly after we called and safely removed the raccoon in minutes. Please do not use this company. This company is irresponsible and rude. My suspicion is that the company is responsible for the repair under the 2-year guarantee and they are trying to get out of it using a stupid excuse. If that is the case, this company is also unethical. Here is what happened to me. We commissioned Sande Wildlife Control to shut out the squirrels on the roof of our rental house early December, 2013. A few days ago, four months after Sande did the service, the tenant called to report that the squirrels had returned. I called my contact person at Sande, I believe he is the owner, two days later. He said if the squirrels got in from another point of entry, his 2-year guarantee would not apply. I said it was fair. He also informed me that he had increased his base price. I said it was OK. I only wanted to have the same person/company to do the job. I basically authorized him to do the job either under the guarantee or as a new job. The guy said he would go to have a look later in the day because he was nearby. I told him I had to inform the tenant that he would drop by. He said "no need" and reminded me that there was no access to the roof from the inside of the house and that everything could be done from the outside. The weekend and Monday had passed by. Thinking that he did not get back to me, I called him on Tuesday, wanting to find out if the job was done. He answered and before I said anything, he said he would not deal with a person like me who did not pick up his call and he hung up. I had no idea he called. He definitely DID NOT leave a message. I knew because, being a businessperson myself, I checked voice messages as a routine. I then went to check the history of his phone number. It did show he called at 5:10, 5:11, 5:12PM in succession that afternoon without leaving a message. His number must have shown on my "missed calls" but i was not and still am not familiar with his number, I must have erased it. Why could n't he texted or emailed me if he really wanted to contact me. My husband tried to explain to the guy when I told him what happened. He did the same trick. not letting my husband explain or talk when he asked the guy to listen to him. He said the same thing that he did not deal with people who did not pick up his calls and hung up. Any business person who is sincere and honest does not behave like that. I would never use their service again and will not recommend this company to anybody. read more

So happy I came across this company where the owner knows what he's doing and is willing to come at any hours of the day and really do the work. Always willing to give options for the client do do what ever best suits the customer coat woes and with the least amount of damage to the home when removing wildlife. We called Sande Wildlife Control and spoke to Sande that was extremely informative and polite. He explained very clearly what was expected to be done to get the unwanted raccoons out of our attic. Sande arrived the same day and quickly found out where the raccoons were getting into the attic, clearly explained what protection would be needed to get them out and proceeded to set a temporary one way door that allowed the raccoons to exit but not be able to get back inside. Sande came back after 7 days and removed the one way door and repaired the area the raccoons damaged. It's been almost 2 months now and we haven't heard a thing. Hopefully the raccoons never return but we know we would call Sande back back in a second as he is definitely one of the best service providers we have ever used..
