I called immediately, and from my very first conversation with Sandi, I have had the BEST experience with craftspeople that I can remember. Sandi is funny, smart, has a wonderful eye. She is also very kind and patient, advising me through the process. She also matched the stain used throughout my house perfectly, which required mixing together 8 different tints! And she kindly made extra so that I could stain a piece of stair railing that had been replaced previously but never stained.
