I waited and waited while 5 people come In behind me. They called all 5 of those people in all the while the electronic board said I was next. After an hour and a half I got up and went back to the receptionist to get my copay back. She informed me that no charges went through. LOL. Yea right! I was charged and didn't see a Dr because of their screw ups. On top of that I have left five messages for someone to call me back to get my money back and of course they don't call you back. Be very aware of this place if you pay co-pay and you don't get to see the doctor because they will charge you. I am not done with them yet. I will get my money back. However I'm writing this review, because I want to recommend a Physician Assistant in the Orthopedics Department...Frank Jackson, PA. He takes his time to examine you and to answers all your questions, gives you a truly honest assessment of your condition, recommends what is actually necessary for you, and in my case draws me pictures to explain things and doesn't dumb it down or placate me. Most doctors don't take the time to treat you with that kind of respect. I highly recommend him.

And in the 12 weeks I was enrolled in the program, I never saw or spoke to Dr. Augello (though meeting with him had been promised). Some of the program's features: sauna, wraps, oxygen...are of questionable benefit. Though some others report a successful experience, I do not recommend Dr. Augello's weight loss program.

Dr. Ria helped my daughter manage her lupus & transverse myelitis after her doctors gave up on her. Nothing they gave her improved her quality of life. Following Dr. Ria's advice, my daughter went hospital free for 7 months straight. Prior to that she was admitted to the hospital for multiple weeks at a time at least 3-4 per year for 2 years.
