Instead of making it right and canceling that and reading their notes about which card to refund too, and also, calling to verify if that is a good card, they just refunded it incorrectly. Then instead of answering my emails, are calling to try and figure it out and work it out. I informed you of exactly how to make it right, and yes I was in billing and insurance so making excuses is not my favorite thing and shows unprofessionalism. Until this situation is resolved CORRECTLY, I will not be "on the phone" you can reach me via email, since you didn't want to answer my call for 5 weeks regarding this issue. Thanks.

They spend the full time of their visit with you and are very hands on. The only reason I stopped going, was because my insurance decided that Synergy was not in my plan after a few of months. I recently have changed insurances and plan to return as soon as all of the insurance details are finalized.

Had several visits there…read more The therapist was busier typing on the computer, teaching me the "homework" she loved to give, explaining the therapy, etc, rather than actually doing the hands on massage work (which was what I needed and was sent there for). I did not want to learn to become a therapist. Out of the several hours I spent there I got about 1/2 hour of actual hands on massage therapy. I left and went else where to save money, time, and get the hands on help I needed.

Someone took the time to talk to me, I asked do you have a phone you can take to my friend. They stated we do not have a phone. I called back and they did have a phone, but he could not use it did not have a speaker and my friend could not hear me. My friend has a cell phone and the staff could not find a charge. One of the staff said they would change his phone and he will then be able to call me. These three days and a hold time of over 5 hours, and countless times the staff hung up on me. It is no wonder this facility has had outstanding fines to pay for the past three years. They need to accommodate the hearing impaired.
