Svetlana and her team are responsive, caring and compassionate. For them it is truly being a Loving Neighbor - not just a job. They love what they do and it shows in all the ways they have taken care of me. Last month I had an unexpected surgery scheduled and only two days to find a ride to and from the hospital with 24 hour care following release from the hospital. When employees rely on a stable schedule, Company Green Staff homecare, often undermines this by abruptly cutting shifts or altering hours without notice, solely to benefit their own operational needs. This forces workers to conform to erratic demands, disregarding the hardships sudden schedule changes bring to their lives. Such practices foster a toxic environment where loyalty and dedication are met with instability and exploitation, rather than respect and security. I reached out to three different people to confirm my work schedule, aiming to prevent any misunderstandings. Despite this, my schedule was repeatedly altered without my consent, with shifts being assigned to me that I hadn't agreed to. When these issues arose, instead of taking accountability, each person I communicated with turned the blame onto me, claiming I had called off on shifts I had never agreed to work in the first place. Regardless of the fact that I had messages providing sufficient proof to negate these allegations, they were blatantly ignored, and all management personnel stuck to their story. This left me feeling frustrated and unsupported, as my attempts at clear communication were disregarded, and the responsibility was unfairly placed on me. Sandy, brought the HUGEST heart & comfort in a vulnerable time (Night shift) & could be trusted to care for his safety & ultimately hold him in her arms & protect him from falling in his last breaths. Pressuring me for money upfront when I was laying in a hospital bed with tubes and IV's everywhere was also unacceptable. When I questioned all that went on at my home (or didn't go on) the woman I spoke with had an answer/excuse for everything. She was full of BS. It was so bad with neighbors for witnesses that I am considering legal action. The last 2 days with different caregivers went well, but by that time I was home having to leave the hospital early because of what was going on at home. I was also being called in the hospital every 5 minutes from people in this company and also by neighbors telling me what was happening. My spouse and pets were definitely traumatized by the shenanigan's in my home. I went back to the company I used before, Love In Home Senior Care, they are wonderful and bill twice monthly, not in your face when you are half dead in a hospital like an aggressive used car salesman not respecting your health and crisis. My husband was filthy and very stinky when I got home, he thought I was dead, my house was FILTHY and my dogs didn't even have water. I had to have someone come and clean the day after I got home. My list is endless... I can honestly say, 2 of the supposed caregivers and the 2 women I had to deal with did not care about us at all. I could go on all day about all that went bad, however I thank 2 of the true caregivers that came through for us in the end.

I can't imagine an elderly person who doesn't have family to help them. This company doesn't respect or care for its clients at all. **The caregivers like Desire' are working the system. They moonlight with 'emergency' staffing companies that pay higher rates and ditch their regular jobs when they get those emergency staff calls. It's a racket that leaves the elderly at risk. My 87 year old dementia mom got herself all pretty then kept watching out the window. 45 minutes prior to appointment Velma text saying she was running late and would be here at 1:00. Apparently, they think you have all day to wait around. I replied saying I have another appointment at 1:00 which she did not reply to and it's now 12:00. I need a company that is dependable as I have my own appointments that I can't change when "they are running late" RUN!!
