1/4/2026 I've been going to this place for more than 10 years. Never had I experienced a service like today. Me & my 4 friends made an appointment @ 8pm for head to toes massage (50$) . My guy was falling asleep & snores while he was giving me a leg massage. When all the massage therapist got up to get the hot rocks & hot towels. I ask my friends who was snoring & they said,"it was on my side then I told them that my guy was leaning back & forth, lefty to right. I can see him through my towel on my eyes." My friends also say, " one of their lady was doing the same thing , like my guy." Then, they all came back with the rocks & towels but nothing was hot or even warm enough for us. When, they were done we went out to pay & asked," the front desk guy. Why the rocks & towels not hot & he respond by we were too busy today.. " wow!! Found another gem!! This place is wonderful, kind, polite I actually love how dark it gets in the main room as soon as you walk-in versus some places it's still lit. This alone will ensure I come here again and again. No therapists were talking which I was absolutely grateful for lol We got the head to toe massage and it was amazing, I believe it's around $45. I've been coming here for 3 years and it's still my favorite massage place off pleasant hill. I always get the special foot massage (40 mins foot massage & 25 mins body) and it always hits the spot. Steven always does a great job. If I'm doing a 90 minute full body massage, I always ask for Wendy. She also does a great job! I always call to get an appt and they're always so accommodating and I hardly ever have to wait when I arrive. Restrooms are clean and I appreciate the hot tea at the end of my service. I visited Massage Empress II today. The place was very clean and well run. Their prices are comparable to others. They do offer a 60 min. massage for $50. While that sounds good. The quality of the massage was just ok. Mia was my therapist. She was very friendly and checked throughout the massage to verify that the pressure was ok. I typically get a massage every couple weeks. I am an athlete and massages help to ease the muscles and relax me. The reason for my rating for this location is they do not massage every muscle. A full body massage is just that, full body. Mia spent a lot of time on my back, shoulders and neck. For folks that request that I agree. Otherwise they should massage all muscles. Today she did not massage my hamstring, quads, feet, glutes or abs, (last time I checked that was a muscle). At least inquire If the customer wants those area massages. She spent 45 mins. On my back and little in my arms, calves and hamstrings. That was it. If it's just a back massage they should say that. I also complained of muscle strain in my neck in the right side. She did Attept to work on that area when I was face down but did not follow up much when face up. Even as I type this, I have the same pain. No improvement at all. Also during my massage someone was talking loudly in the room next to us. I knocked on the wall but that had little impact. The therapist should have gone next door and asked them to talk softly. It's a spa. not a fitness center. I will need to get another massage to correct this issue. My favorite place to get a massage is Junis Spa on Peachtree, near the Publix. They do an exceptional job for $60. My second favorite is Massage Empress I, near the Sugarloaf Mills mall. They also charge $60 per hour and they offer 30 min. for $40 too. ME has table showers for reasonable price. The good news is all three of these places are legit massage spas. No funny business. So if that's what you are looking for don't go there. I can share a list of other places that do ok massages and others to totally stay away from. I have visited all but 6 spas in the Duluth, Lawrenceville, Buford area and I can give you the best and the worst. read more

Wow! What a place... Found a gem in Atalanta! While visited suburbs of Atlanta, I got a minute to get a massage. My body was literally screaming for one after the lockdown. I look up a massage salon on Yelp and happily this one was open. We got the same day booking. The receptionist was communicative and accommodating. After arriving to the place, we needed to wait outside for 10-15 minutes. So, don't come earlier before your appointment because you will stay outside. When we got inside, we were greeted with tea and pleasant host. I got 60 min deep tissue massage and 30 min face massage. The salon was clean and modest. I liked peaceful atmosphere and relaxing music. There was plenty of rooms, and the salon had different types of services including hydrotherapy massage (I have never tried). The service room was simple but neat. I liked that my therapist listened to my needs such as extra blankets and heated table. The therapist was very professional and knowledgeable. Although I was in the same room with my boyfriend, the therapists were quiet all 90 minutes (I can't stand when someone talks while giving me massage). Honestly, I probably napped twice during all my experience. Both massages were excellent and highly relaxing. I hope I will be able to comeback here when next time I will visit Atlanta. I visited Massage Express today. Had a one (1) hour very painful massage. Attempted to tell the Guy pressure was too hard. I actually have visible bruises on my shoulders. Must admit I do bruise easily due to medication, however pressure was unbelieveable. I will go back, but not in near future, and will avoid this therapist. read more

I was extremely verbal on just being gentle . From the moment I walked in. I asked for a female but they said there were none Available . The guy came in and didn't even speak. I had to once again tell him to just be gentle. Not only was he coughing all over me , but This was the most unpleasant experience ever in my life. I decided it was so terrible I cut the massage to 30 mins just to get it over with. After I did so the guy decided to not only be more aggressive he totally yanked my arm and pulled my fingers. Female (asian) masseuse decided to not do a full body massage as i paid for. The person i was with got a full treatment by the gentleman. He even cracked bones, did arms, feet, neck, legs and back. However, the Asian (knowing it was my first time and i never had a massage in my life) took FULL advantage of me. She rubbed my back, hamstrings, and my calves NOTHING ELSE. She didn't even bother to move my limbs in anyway and my arms dangled for the whole duration of the time. She reapplied oil maybe once or twice and the rest was rough sailing. Admittedly, her technique was not bad, however i feel cheated. I trusted this establishment would be straightforward and not attempt to cut corners in such a deceitful and lazy manner. As me and my company laid in the same room, she made a mockery of me. She knowingly skipped on my whole treatment and i don't appreciate it one bit. RUNIED MY 4th OF JULY I am disappointed. Although i tipped well, i felt a very intense pressure to tip. The host stating "are you tipping card or cash" before i could even open my wallet. This place has great potential, but i will not be returning. Terrible first experience. We walked in at around 6:15pm and needed a massage for two people. This one lady was mumbling something and she looked very rude and said in Chinese she doesn't have time. We had to wait until 7:10 for someone to come do our massage. She also said she's busy on a phone call as well. This is possibly my favorite massage place that I have found in the area so far. They have no problem with foot and body combos starting in a foot massage chair. I also like that their couples massage room has a dividing curtain so you can come with a friend for a massage and still be in the same room and talk to each other (at a reasonable volume) but still have privacy when getting undressed etc. I have seen Sophia many times but they have made her a manager so she is not available often. They seem to have a high amount of turnover as there are always new therapists but most of them have been great and none of them have ever tried anything inappropriate. read more

Prior to my arrival I called the spa and scheduled a service that I seen online. Upon my arrival I was quickly greeted and taken to the back to start my service. After the services were completed I went to pay and he told me a price that didn't match what was online. And ironically enough they told me that the service no longer existed. Confused I literally pulled up the service menu from their website and showed him that the price was not the same. After that, the employee tried to tell me that it was my fault for not knowing the actual cost because I didn't ask. I had to tell him that as an establishment they needed to take accountability for that discrepancy because it's not the customers fault. So after not honoring the online price he only took off five dollars from the service. Being that the service costed more than I intended to pay I didn't have that much money left for tip. I proceeded to gather my things and leave and he stopped me and asked if I was going to tip and I said no because I didn't have any change left so if the prices were the same as online he could've gotten that tip. I love that they do the Head-to-Toe massage where they massage your head, then your legs/feet, and the last part is massaging your back; all for $35. The chair that you sit in for this is kind of like a lazy boy and when they work on your back, the chair reclines flat so that you can turn over (there's a hole for your face); I do like this better than other places where they make you sit up and hunch over to work on your back. Body massages are good too but I do wish they had better robes, sheets, or something to feel a little more secure about being naked (+underwear). The massage bed is okay, not the most comfortable but the massage makes ups for it; I think it's hole for your face that makes it uncomfortable. My biggest complaint though is that I finally filled out a punch card and when I tried to redeem the $15, they told me they changed ownerships and it's no longer valid. If you're going to buy a business and keep the name, you should honor the punch card too. I mean how do I know you didn't just go get some new cards made to avoid people redeeming it...it cost them what? $15 to get some new cards printed? I feel hustled. P.S. Most foot massage places like this do this with gift certificates too. So unless you know your recipient will redeem it quickly, there's a high chance that the business will "change ownerships" and you'll lose out completely on the gift certificate. read more

Went in with a group of 7. 4 of us got the Head-to-Toe massage (1hr for $35 - which is a great price) so it started from the Head/neck/arm area which was good. Then my Foot Massage was alright (i had better). Best was the back massage, they can be hard handed but you can tell them to ease down. But what i didn't like was the owner (i think) phone kept ringing and she actually answered because there were customers calling in. Then she also made calls from her phone while she was working on our friend (in the same room). It really irked us because it was very distracting and not professional. We visited as a group and the majority had a fantastic experience however, we had one gal that had a therapist that arrived 10 minutes late. After arriving late, she finished her massage at the same time as the other girls receiving services. All participants had a fantastic experience with the exception of one who felt rather rushed and had her feet all but skipped! When she got there she said it smelled so bad and the person who was going to give her a massage just sprayed febreeze didn't even sanitize the area. I then went for a refund since my wife left the lady said it would take approximately 2 weeks it has been way more instead of being helpful the owner told me it's my banks fault not theirs and that I could do what I wanted with that. Worst customer service. My bank has provided me with bank statements showing how they began the process to refund and never refunded the money. Do not go here!! They will steal your money. read more

This place is spotless, clean, and relaxing. The minute you walk in the door, you're greeted by soothing spa music and the receptionist who then walks you to your room. My man and I got a 1hr full body couples massage for $50 each. What a deal!!! What I love about this place is that they massage you for the FULL HOUR! Once they start the massage, they do not leave the room, except to get the hot stones and hot towels. My masseuse Kevin did a great job and was super receptive of my requests (to go lighter in certain areas and harder in the areas that I needed most). He was considerate of my body's tolerance to pain and asked if I was okay when he felt he was going too hard. But for a 110lb girl, I can handle pressure! Lol. My boyfriend also got the 1hr Swedish massage and he felt that he's had better massages, maybe because he had a woman and for a heavier set guy, he needed extra pressure than usual. But she was also super receptive of his requests and even walked on his back towards the end of the massage. For the cleanliness, customer service and quality of my massage, I will be coming back. Just a heads up, 20% tip is not required but DEFINETELY expected as they stated in their in room "Need to Knows" sign. I tipped more than 20% because I truly felt like it was worth it.
