I pretty much exclusively get foot massages because I have severe psoriasis and I'm really self conscious. The massage therapists here are extremely understanding of my health issues and my decreased mobility over the years. They always make it comfortable and welcoming for me and are mindful of my autoimmune flareups. Some days I can't move properly, have zero mobility in my hands, and they accommodate me and help me move a bit better. Some days I scratch myself silly and it looks like terrifying, but they still help me find peace by putting the lotion on my calves and loosen up the muscles. I always add CBD (additional $10) but it helps calm my skin down a lot and it's great for my rheumatoid arthritis flareups. The quality and care Spring Massage delivers is comparable to those of high end "spas" without the hefty price tag. The prices are more than reasonable, their massage therapists are incredibly skilled and are willing to listen to your needs. I overheard another customer who came here for a pregnancy massage, and she had a few special requests. The owners listened and made sure they understood her completely before setting her up with a massage therapist. If you're looking for relaxing self care session that won't break the bank and walk away feeling like you're ready to face reality again, I highly recommend coming here to check it out for yourself. It's not a luxurious spa with all the fancy amenities. It's a small treat that's affordable enough to work it into a proper consistent self care routine.

We were put into a room. My Masseuse left the room for 10 mins and a different person came and finished my massage. The person massaging my wife left the room a total of 5 times. So we're touching our phones and then massaging our face...I know she didn't have anyone up front but thats not our problem, we paid for a service and we are being short changed. so we missed sections of massages due to our masseuses coming and going, leaving the door open with our bodies exposes. all said in done when it came time to pay the person in charged pressured us for tips asking how much of a tip we wanted to leave, and giving us her suggestion of $20 each. They allowed me to take a self shower, which is great if your coming from work or gym and you want to freshen up. They have a great manager. I think her name is Amanda, (I believe she Hispanic. Not that that matters, but you want to be sure to speak with her if you can't get an appt). She is very responsive. She will find you a location near by. They have a great team of therapist. I absolutely have them as my top location to get a full body massage, deep tissue etc. They even offer table showers at some locations. This has to rate as the oddest massage spa experience I've had…read more On my first visit, I stood at the front counter for a significant amount of time. I could hear people talking but it wasn't until the phone rang that someone came out. She was wearing rubber gloves and told me they were busy. Several months later I tried again. I was asked to pay first for a 1-hour massage, which I did by card. The lady that had greeted me at the door and taken my payment showed me to a room but while walking there I noticed she smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Once in the room I asked her if there was anyone else available, and she replied there was not. I felt bad but I had to tell her I could smell the cigarette smoke on her and that I would not be able to relax breathing that for an hour. She said she was the only one there and walked me back to the front counter to give me a refund. She then handed me the credit card machine and the instructions for it to give myself a refund as she was unable to read the directions. While she was handing me this stuff I heard a door open and close indicating there were in fact other employees there. I handed the items back and told her since I'd already paid I did not mind waiting for someone else. She left and returned with another therapist that spoke English and asked what the problem was. I informed her about the smoke smell and she said she would take care of me when she was finished with her current customer and had me wait in a foot massage chair. I didn't wait very long before she came back and lead me to a room. The room seemed to be set up for couples' massages as the room next to it was only separated by a partially see-through curtain. The massage was very good but when I turned over I noticed my therapist had removed the long shawl or vest she had been wearing and placed it on a chair. She was now wearing just a sheer white button-up shirt with most of the buttons undone and obviously nothing under it. At the time she was massaging my leg and when she saw I had noticed her shirt she pulled her shirt to the side with one hand completely exposing herself on that side and asked "you like?". I replied that was very nice and asked if she could just finish my legs and massage my feet. Other than that bit of awkwardness the massage itself was really good. Since I paid with a card I have delayed posting this review, and I have not returned to the location since.

The mixed sex area has different kinds of saunas. I'm not sure if the type of sauna has any impact, however, there is a difference in temperature. The salt sauna seemed to be the hottest. Grab a cushion and go and lie inside one of the chosen saunas. There is even an ice room. 6. For the pools, go to the men's or women's section. This is where it gets a little uncomfortable. No clothes permitted. So it's complete nudity. There is a cold pool, a warm pool and a hot pool. You must shower before you enter to the pools. There is also a sauna and a steam room. Now for the services. There are multiple different kinds of services. I went for the foot massage, which was amazing. A shout out to Zaluda. This cost $70 for one hour. She was excellent. I also opted for a body scrub, which I've never had before. Boy was it beyond what I was expecting. There are two elderly ladies that have all the energy in the world that do this. You have to be completely nude and you lie down on a plastic covered table. It started off felt like someone rubbing my body with sandpaper. Ouch. I thought I would have to stop after a few moments. However, it got better and boy did dead skin get sloughed off. I was spun around, put in all sorts of awkward positions with one leg up in the air, my legs wide apart, my arms above my head, both front back and sides. As awkward as it was, I felt thoroughly clean at the end. She intermittently through water over me with a bucket. Things that concerned me: - you need to have your ID with you, which they keep at the front desk. They do return it once you have paid for all of your services. - nudity. I was not expecting this. It used to be a place I'd happily recommend to people looking to relax and reset. That changed recently when it became clear they are not welcoming to motorcycles. As someone who rides, that's a pretty disappointing stance to see from a business I've supported for so long. I'm not interested in supporting places that single out riders or create an unwelcoming environment for people simply based on how they arrive. It's a shame, because the facility itself has always been solid and I used to enjoy coming here. But culture matters. If a business doesn't want to be welcoming to the riding community, that's their choice--but it also means they won't be getting any more of my business.
