The product does not perform as advertised. I purchased it believing there was a legitimate 30-day money-back guarantee so I could try it risk-free. However, after contacting EMSense for a refund, I was told the product is not eligible for return if it has been opened or used. Rip off business. I have been given the run around for weeks to have my return "processed" and a refund issued. Due to unforseen circumstances such as a postal strike they finally arrived & after trying them I decided they were not helping the pain in my feet. I found them difficult to put on by myself & unable to reach the controls on my own. The control unit was also uncomfortable against my feet & became too warm even on the lowest setting. Said NO, NO and NO again to the torrent of add-ons and offers on the way to check-out. Once paid, only then could I review order in detail to find they'd added another pair and doubled the price. Emailed immediately but had to wait to receive confirmation email (slow) to obtain order number for official "review" request. About a dozen emails back and forth since ( including, sorry, guess what, oops, it's too late to change or refund order now) and no closer to any sort or resolution. Checked with bank to find I'd been charged twice on my card, both charges amounting to at least $70 more than the order they'd "confirmed", which was already more than $70 more than my original order of one pair only. I only have 2 feet! What a con. Now it's Dec. 9th, 19 days later and still have not received my order. I put a review on Trust Pilot on Dec. 7th and they received a reply from Emsense that they needed more information. They asked for my full name and order number which I sent which they said they would act on this right away. Still no answer from them. The tracking number is the same as the order number. This order starts to process in China and supposedly shops to a gateway in New Jersey and then supposedly makes it's way to Chicago. It said it left the gateway in Chicago on Dec. 5th. My address is in the St. Louis area which is only 4 hours from Chicago. Today will be 5 days since is supposedly left Chicago. So where is the package?
