I tried to order 1 EM Sense Foot Massager and foot pads. I instantly got billed for over $250 and sent a bunch of items I didn't order. Including a Pysiotherapit access subscription. I immediately tried to contact EM Sense. It's impossible. The number has been disconnected for one phone number and the other is a continuous sales pitch. They sent several emails trying to sell me more stuff. I emailed them asking for help and requesting their physical address so I could return my purchase. I kept getting the same response. Do not buy these foot massagers. They are falsely advertised. They do not have 4 types of therapy. There is not red light component, nor a compression feature. It just vibrates, has a little bit of heat and make a lot of horrible noise. Save your money. This is a scam. This company should be banned from selling in the US or anywhere else. Due to unforseen circumstances such as a postal strike they finally arrived & after trying them I decided they were not helping the pain in my feet. I found them difficult to put on by myself & unable to reach the controls on my own. The control unit was also uncomfortable against my feet & became too warm even on the lowest setting.
