I called and spoke to Sandra which was extremely nice and would immediately provided an estimate. I was talking to another company that quoted the same price and could do it at the same time I had requested but since I liked Sandra's style and professionalism I ended up going with Pro Reglazing. I was confirmed the time and date. We showed up to the property on our confirmed time. After about 30 minutes I started to call, text and email. About an hour and a half after the appointment time I got a call from Sandra. She said they had texted me to reschedule. I never got anything from them. No text, no call no email. They said it was a medical emergency with the tech. I understand those things happen and I would work with them but I'm only in town for one week. This is our rental property. She said she would talk to the owner and get back to me. She never called back. The owner never called. They completely left me hanging. This is NOT acceptable. Very disappointed with her and the company. A call back would have been appropriate with any type of outcome. A call back means everything.

The carpet had pet stains and pet odor, and I honestly wasn't sure how well it could be brought back. When they were finished, I couldn't even tell where the stains had been -- and the pet odor was completely gone. The carpet looked amazing! They also cleaned a rug for me, and once again, I was blown away. It came back looking like new. What really impressed me was learning how long FiberCare has been serving El Paso, 30 years; and seeing the equipment and process they use. This isn't someone simply running a little wand over your carpet. Their equipment does a serious deep cleaning, and you can see the difference in the finished product. The machine they use to clean has huge brushes and sucks all the gross dirty water out. I hate the wand cleaners I feel like the carpets have just been made wet without sucking at the dirty water.  Beyond the results, I found them to be honest, ethical, knowledgeable, and genuinely proud of the work they do.
