More important to you, it's nestled in a beautiful neighborhood about one mile to most elements of the U of M central campus. So you can walk, if you're so inclined, and five to ten minutes in a car gets you to any number of important or interesting places. Parking is on the street, which turned out to be no problem, as there always were plenty of spaces near the entry sidewalk. Perhaps it's helpful to say that the Stone Chalet campus is the site of a former Unitarian church. That's how I remember it, driving/jogging by during student years. If you want a good and even inspiring conversation, seek out the owner Vincent, who can share some fascinating stories about real estate and his efforts to purchase, maintain, and make profitable the Stone Chalet property. We enjoyed our time here, and wish Vincent, Daisy, family and staff, all the best. Thank you, Stone Chalet.
