Very clean bright restaurant. Service was attentive and very friendly. They served up very fresh and hot food. They even grow some of their own peppers and herbs on-site. Very flavorful.

Lovely little stop for traditional Jamaican fare. They serve excellent Jerk Chicken and fresh fish delights. They also have vegetarian dishes. I noticed many people i assume are from the Caribbean eating here. What better seal of approval? They have a spectacular Callaloo dish and know how to prepare Oxtail better than you've ever had it! The service is fast. The portions are large and filling. Bring a sliver of the Caribbean to Columbus, but pick your times wisely, they don't accept reservations. 09/24

Omg. I just ordered from here for the first time. I love Caribbean food. I've spent a lot of time on many different islands. The second I got my food in the car. I had to pull over because it smelled so good and everything was amazing everything the spice is perfect. The cabbage the rice, the jerk chicken amazing

Stopped in while visiting Columbus and so glad I did. Everything was so amazing and the portions are huge! The bbq jerk chicken was the perfect amount of spice and sweet. The callalloo was so good with huge onion pieces. So sad it's so far away

Enas is such a great place to grab some bomb authentic Caribbean food. The service was very quick and the lady that checked us out was very nice. The is no seating inside, only outback. The parking is very small and the area isn't the best. However that doesn't affect the magic in the kitchen. Everything was cooked to perfection and we tried all of the sides. I would go back again!!!

Ena's Caribbean Kitchen got me right after work! This Jamaican spot if Guy Fieri approved so if you are trying to take a trip to flavor town, this place will indeed get you there. When all I was craving was flavor, spice and all things nice. It was easy to park in the back or you can turn on Myrtle and Cleveland Avenue to park on the side. I got in easy and stood in line. Mask not required for vaccinated peeps but there's no dine in and social distance is encouraged. I ordered the Jerk Chicken with Mac and cheese and collard greens. The smell permeates my senses in my car. I was ready. When I got home, I set this bad boy out and took a bite of that food.... when I tell you I had to bite and savor each scoop.... man.... it's a lot of food. I eat the other half the next day over rice... 5 stars cuz...man....

Ask the Community - Ena's Caribbean Kitchen

Does the food have a heavy coconut flavor? Can I request no coconut or coconut milk? How are the ribs?

There was not any coconut flavor that I could account for. I am not a big fan of coconut and they definitely want you to taste the real deal food.

One of the pictures looks like a hand pie of some kind. Does anyone know if they are on the menu now and what's inside?

Jamaican beef patties 👍🏽 try em they will not disappoint

I had already viewed the menu before hand and found a couple must have items. we ordered the empanadas ( cheese and chicken) Taco Arepas, Sweet and Sour Pork Belly and Hallaquitas Chicharron's. These dishes were seasoned so well, the sauces provided were perfection. At one point we both said we could just drink the cilantro sauce. We also got the mini sweet arepas and while parts of the dish were good it was an interesting mixture to have as one bite. None the less this place is a 10/10 for flavor, service was amazing we felt very taken care of and the pricing was very reasonable For a scratch kitchen. This place is a must try!

This is definitely on the latter end of the spectrum. I popped in here tonight for a late dinner (830ish on a Saturday) to find the place relatively busy but with plenty of open seats. The decor was a nice mix of dark and light with the bright green accents plus a big screen TV cycling tropical getaways (I assume from places in Latin America). I was seated and tended to quickly by a hostess and server, respectively. I got my order in for a coconut mojito and a chicharron arepa right away. My mojito came shortly thereafter with my arepa not long after that. The mojito, as you can see, was garnished with a generous amount of shredded coconut on top and was heavier and creamier than a normal mojito, lighter on the mint flavor and pushing closer to a piña colada than a mojito. All in all though, still quite a refreshing drink after a hot and humid day. The arepa though was really the star of the show. The flavors and textures and everything about it were just mind-blowing. The handmade cheese, the incredibly seasoned and cooked pork, and the crispy arepa were all just *BOOM*. The avocado had a little bit of surface darkness on the one end that could have been polished up a little bit but not the end of the world. One I finished with these, I waited patiently for a while for my server to come back but alas I had to pop up to the bar to get my caipirinha. This version was slightly sweeter than some versions I've had and I don't mind sweet, but just be aware for those who may be considering it. Eventually, my server came back and apologized for being gone so long as she was conversing with her boss. Like I said... grain of salt. Aside from a minor inconvenience of having to walk 10 feet to the bar myself, this place absolutely blew me away and I will absolutely come back if I ever find myself in town again. Bonus points for having gluten and allergen callouts on their normal menu as well!
