Lots of daycares have small rooms but this one has more space and kids don't stay in one room all day, I go and pick up the kids at different times so they never know when Ill be there and the place is always clean and teachers are nice and children well taken care of. I brought a few concerns to the administration such as a teacher (ms Vicki) grabbing children and pushing them One student (4) began to bleed this last Friday after she grabbed her shoulder for jumping off the playground equipment her nail scratched her Rugs are worn / stained and kids are tripping on the rolled edges They are not willing to replace these after bringing up the amount of students this is causing injury to Paint is chipped in every room (I offered to dedicate time to touch this up to enhance the facilities presentation A light is burnt out in classroom 13's bathroom causing children to have a difficult time navigating in the dark (it has been out for 2 weeks time & they are not making it a priority to change it) therefore I offered to bring in a tall lamp & was shot down Ms Alex a 18 year old teacher in pre-k is always yelling and angry with the students Forced the whole class to sit out of water play last Thursday I feel outdoor water exploration could enhance emotional regulation and asked she find a better suited "punishment" Lots and lots of yelling It's like jail there honestly I felt bad for the kids Outside the slides have no canopy cover and are too hot to play on- there is no turf, only dirt surrounding the area The students are reprimanded for exploring the dirt and it is off limits but honestly what's left to do? Phones are off limits but teachers use laptops to text A teacher was asking 3 girls in her class if they thought her boyfriend was cute and mentioning she had a crush on him etc -not appropriate in my opinion for 4 year olds School Age'd children are kept together in the summer -1st-6th grade I feel this is a huge age gap and could be inappropriate as the class size is large (18) Vicki was praying parents would get there to pickup their kids Friday as she said she was "miserable and over these kids" Constant yelling It's just not a great place, unfortunately There are teachers who are amazing and stand out but that's standard that shouldn't be surprising At a school, you want the best people who will love your kids and help them navigate childhood But the bad ones ruin it for them and the administration took my concerns and fired me without discussion Didn't ask for more info on the abuse etc. this is scary

I spoke to the director about the cell phone issue and nothing was done. I then spoke to the owner, Fay Ahmad, and her response was that it was out of her hands. She's no different than the staff she's hired, doesn't care about the children in her building, but wants to be on her cell phone at all times. I pulled my 18 month year old son and will not return. I would not suggest this center to anyone.

I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness, order and processes in place. The teachers are amazing. Because of this school, being a working parents has worked for us. Their staff truly cares for the children, knowing their names even when they aren't in their class. The kids truly have a day of fun, learning and play. The teacher tenure is outstanding, it is so nice to see so many of the same teachers caring for my second with the same attention and noticing the similarities between the siblings. The owners don't cut corners; extra programs like music class, field trips (older age kids), and quality snacks are included. While this is a business, they put the interests of the children and the families first. One night a serious accident caused many parents to stuck in traffic and late. Our children were fed dinner and cared for without a second thought, we were just asked to take our time and drive safely. While this wasn't the closest location to our home, we made the drive because it was worth it. We now sadly leave because of school-aged children.

Before enrolling we visited 6 other facilities and we chose TC over all of them. Our oldest daughter is part of a group of kids at TC which have been together since they learned to speak. When she started school , she was far ahead of the curve and helping other students to learn the material and has since tested as gifted. The TC staff clearly prepared her well. Our kids have never said bad things about TC, the staff has always been flexible and understanding with our family's needs. 2020 Covid introduced pure chaos to everyone and TC quickly established a plan for remote sessions so the kids could see and talk to their friends and teachers. It was difficult for everyone, reviews criticizing the covid period should be taken lightly. The summer camp program is fantastic and on many days the kids do 2 different activities which is above and beyond the summer camps we are looking at joining in our new city. We will greatly miss the people, teachers, and students at TC in our new city. We wish we could take TC with us as the only reason we are leaving this center is because we have been relocated to a new city.

They will talk to me about any successes, or even road blocks he encountered throughout a day and describe how he succeeded in working through it, or how they worked with him to work around issues. Even just coming in to pick him up and them telling me how something he did made them laugh is really fun, and I get the sense that they care about each kid in this way and how they grow. When you come and pick you're child up at the end of the day, and they are bummed that they are getting picked up, I take that as a sign they were having fun and enjoying the environment. And I feel like the teachers do a great job and keeping the room fun, while still challenging and teaching them tools that they will need further down (in school or otherwise).
