Honestly I'm shocked to see the average rating so low, my family and I have used photography services from Enchanted Celebrations twice in the past three years. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Brandon as your wedding photographer; he shot my brother's wedding three years ago and recently did my wedding as well. I loved Brandon's work from my brother's wedding, but I came to appreciate more of the Enchanted Celebrations team while planning my wedding. Tori, Alissa, and Summer are so great at what they do from initial consult, to vision planning, to crafting a day of schedule that is logistically sound and takes care of your needs. I spent a significant amount of time searching for a photographer and videographer, and Enchanted was one of the vendors recommended by my venue. I ended up choosing Enchanted because the price was good compared to the others. Now I understand why their pricing is lower compared to the other vendors. The photographer and videographer were nice and did their job capturing raw footage. However, I was under the impression that the photographer who attends the wedding would also handle the editing and Photoshop work, but that was not the case. Instead, the editing seems to be outsourced to a low-budget team, which was reflected in the quality of the photos. The corrections and retouching lacked professionalism and it show in the final results. This seems to be how they keep costs down, though it was never mentioned upfront--had I known, I would not have proceeded. The bigger issue is that because so much of the work is outsourced, there's no real communication or connectivity throughout the process within their teams, leaving me with disappointing results. They also didn't complete my short video properly. Random audio was assigned without my approval, and no one followed up with me. On top of that, their coordination was poor. Emails came from multiple addresses, coordinators were often "out of office," and updates felt random and inconsistent. Now they're even asking to fill out a survey in exchange for a $25 gift card. My husband and I had our wedding on 03/18/22. Our wedding was great, but issues occurred when ordering the acrylic portrait from our wedding day. The portrait came with a cheap plastic piece that was not adequate for sticking onto the wall. My in-laws had tried to hang it several times but it fell and damaged the photo. Enchanted Celebrations refused to rectify the situation or send a new portrait. The price that we paid for the portrait was $213.25 and we would think that they would be more sympathetic or include a more sturdy piece for hanging the portrait. I wouldn't recommend ordering an acrylic print for the price or reaching out to management, Cheryl, with concerns. Further, Cheryl appeared confused regarding the acrylic and canvas prints when I tried explaining the difference between the two and how the acrylic print was the one that came with an unsuitable hanging mechanism. She kept saying that the canvas print had been checked thoroughly prior to shipping, ignoring what I was explaining regarding the hanging mechanism. I even offered to show them photos of everything but they were not interested in seeing them. read more

STAY AWAY (Review Broken Down) I will be breaking this down into three parts: customer service leading up to the day, our DJ, and our photographer. Planning: 2/10 Overall a disaster. You will write to planning and they won't respond to you until you send a follow-up email to check in. They charged me after everything was paid off! They will frequently refer to having to consult the bookkeeper (spoiler alert: one staff member admitted to me they use quickbooks so not sure how the robot kepy charging after the balance was paid) Then when it came to the week of the wedding I had to constantly reach out to THEM to have the planning calls and send me the notes and they only gave it to our direct vendors two days before the wedding. It was so last minute, disorganized, and unprofessional. DJ: The DJ was the only good part of the experience. Jesse, if you ever read this, you're wonderful and I hope you leave and work on your own path! Photography: The photos is where I am ready to cry. Our photogrpaher did such a terrible job. Everyone was washed out with yellowed tints and he clearly did not know how to photograph people of color. The images had awkward angles, and he was not directive at all. He also took countless pictures of individual guests without us in it when we explicitly told him ot to and to only take pictures of each table as a whole. HE EVEN TOOK BRIDAL STYLE POSED PHOTOS OF A GUEST AND HER HUSBAND! I tried addressing this with the company directly. They told me and I quote: "We do not have any notes stating that you did not want individual guest photos or photos of couples taking couple-like photo" First off, I told both during the planning call an the photographer himself this and second, it is basic etiquette you don't take pictures of guests dipping their wives and kissing bridal-style (and no, it wasn't 1 photo, it was many) AVOID AVOID AVOID read more

heartbroken as we watch our videos. please do FULL research brides!! our few requests were not recorded as their portal never worked and no one wrote down our requests properly, I guess. my husband is a fully disabled veteran who was given a less than 1% chance of living so I wanted to give him a day he will never forget. he also has a very bad TBI and bad memory so was hoping for a video we could watch and remember our special day but that wont happen now, save your money and go else where, or spend a few more bucks are hire someone who is truly good. not even sure reviews are real, and an old employee warned us, we should have listened! thank God we hired a different photographer so we have those forever. read more

I debated for roughly a year before deciding to write this review. We used this company's photography service in June of 2023. Unfortunately, they wildly missed the mark in regards to communication and providing competent staff. When onboarding, our service provider was incredibly difficult to communicate with. She missed/was over an hour late to not just one but two appointments. In addition, she required me to rearrange my entire schedule and spend an additional 2k on extending the hours for my venue. She insisted that "getting ready photos" could NOT be done while you are actually getting ready and had to be staged with hair/makeup already done. I wanted candid photos and was not able to get them. I truly regret not having these moments documented. The real kicker was meeting with my photographer, who was a freelancer not actually employed by the company. His portfolio did not match the style I requested whatsoever. He caused us to miss most of our reception as he kept interrupting us with our guests and insisting we needed to move to another location for photos. Only for the photos to not be in the style I requested, and quite frankly, to be of poor quality. Choosing this company as a vendor is one of my biggest regrets from my wedding. I hope that other brides read this review and realize what a major gamble going with this company is. You are running the same risk of hiring a random small business photographer. read more

If I could rate this company lower, I would. They have next to no communication and will lie when asked. They will forward you emails that badmouth you from other employees when you have concerns. They said completely inexperienced photographers who invite their "assistant" that happens to be their wife and they do nothing.they will refuse to do any actual editing of your photos when the photographer screws up. They will not give information to each other so you will answer the same question a million times. You will even send them inspiration photos that they will not look at nor care about and will ultimately forget it. Do not go with these people. BEWARE!! I've been sitting on this review for awhile because I was waiting to see how the company handled the issues we experienced on our wedding day. Unfortunately, the customer service (or lack thereof) would rather push a couple of dollars at us to keep us quiet instead of an empathetic apology and remediation over the experience we had. So what happened... for starters, the gentleman who was sent to us to video our wedding seemed to make it in every good photograph taken by our photographer; in the photographs, you can see him kneeling and getting in the way of my wife's gown. When I reflect on our big day and the interaction I had with him, it seems he was only there check a box regardless of the impact he has on the overall ceremony. Why he couldn't use a high lens camera and not get in the way of the photographer and the audience?? ... keeps me wondering. I don't know enchanted celebrations business model but it seems they just outsource their work and perform minimal screening. To top it off, the footage we got back and ultimate teaser video was the worst video I've seen; I cringe when I watch it. To say we are disappointed is an understatement, especially since the videographer ruined all the photos capturing the content he needed. After the wedding, we brought this up to enchanted celebrations, and as I said, the company didn't care too much of our disappointment nor did they hold up their contract which indicates a refund if not completely satisfied with the service; they simply refused. It wasn't until my wife wrote her review that they reached out and offered us "hush money" to take the review down and agree to not post anything else. BRIDES BEWARE!! Enchanted celebrations had provided the worst vidography service I have ever seen. Not only was the raw footage and highlight videos comparable to the quality of a middle school project but they had failed to capture the most important part of the ceremony - the bride walking down the aisle by ruining the moment with their huge bright light - completely ruining the footage. You may say to yourself - well they have great reviews ill take the chance and hire this company. From experience, I can tell you that IN THE CONTRACT THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO WRITE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I am 42 days away from my wedding and I am unable to speak with someone by phone. We have had one single "scheduled" call with a representative who clearly had many facts regarding our contracted wedding services incorrect. At this stage we are asking for a refund and would rather face the stressful task of finding a new vendor 42 days from our wedding. Emails to the organization receive a standardized email response of "we will respond within 3 days". I rarely give negative feedback as I don't want to hurt businesses. I hired Enchanted nearly 2.5 years before my wedding date. 2 YEARS before our wedding, before they even provided any service. We didn't upload any information on their site, didn't talk to any of the videographers/photographers/ no planning involved we decided to cancel our wedding and elope. We purposely decided that early on for the convenience of people who we signed contracts with. Our wedding venue, who without trouble even gave us back our deposit (Highly recommend Auletto's Caters - ran by a family. Superb people, super accomodating). FYI their contract clearly states that a refund is possible "The availability of a refund for a cancelled event will be at the sole discretion of Enchanted Celebrations. Any refunds will be based on the following schedule and will take into account any factors deemed relevant by Enchanted Celebrations. For example, and in no way as a limitation of what might be considered, Enchanted Celebrations may consider whether or not additional work for the date of the cancelled event is able to be booked; any out of pocket expenses or contractual obligations for which Enchanted Celebrations may remain liable; and any services that have already been performed in full." Alissa McGraw insisted on getting 20% of the final contract payment back. They provided NO service!! We didn't even book or discuss the engagement shoot, had 1 call during the initial contract setup. I used them for my wedding on 10/2/21. i got a photo/video/photobooth package save yourself a headache and don't use this company. there is a reason the cost is minimal. my Wedding photos were awful, the quality the pictures themselves etc etc etc You get what you pay for. lesson learned. My package came with an album I ended up making one myself and editing photos myself because I didn't want to deal with them anymore. dont go cheap on photo. you will regret it. Terrible experience working with Enchanted Celebrations. I can't tell you how disappointed I am with the wedding video...We cried watching it back. The videographer stood in direct view of a massive light during my ceremony. Because of this he COMPLETELY blew the moment of the bride walking down the aisle... something we will never get back. We are missing clips of grandparents... plenty of moments with the back of the other videographers head, and there are two clips of the bride mouthing the words "I'm sweating". That's a sure way to make the bride feel beautiful.... The editing is embarrassing- I think I could have paid a 17 year old in a media class to do a better job. Extremely choppy, the timing of the music is ridiculous. We jump from one scene to the next and there is no flow to any of my highlights (I purchased the 3-5 mins, 20-30 mins, and all of my raw footage). He has our bridal party walking into the reception all pumped up to the intro of "I don't want to miss a thing". The whole edit feels as if it was rushed, and not reviewed prior to sending to us. Their customer service in dealing with this issue is another problem of its own. It took a week to hear back from someone. I have provided contact info numerous times and they continued to call a land line an leave messages avoiding addressing the issue. I have consistently requested to speak to the owner Alex and I am told he is too busy and he refuses to call. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT waste your money on this company. They have attempted to negotiate with us on price now although our special day is lost and nothing short of a refund is the right thing to do. We cannot get our day back and now have this amateur 8th grade video to look back on. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. The company posted a reply to this review on 23 Oct 2021 and says it is from the owner yet he still does not personally call to discuss as requested. If the owner really cared about this as he says he does he would make the call himself. Sad to see the lack of ethics around professionalism and respect for the customer. The "professionals" are asking for "the exact second by second intervals of what you want changed" in the video they provided. We got married in late March and it's taken me two months to write this review because I was so devastated by the poor quality and even worse customer service we received from this "company". I say company in quotes because our photographs were so bad I'm not even sure that this is a professional service. We were given no direction during the photo shoot, the photographer was clearly in a rush to leave, the angles were SO BAD, lighting atrocious, I could go on and on. Pictures taken by ours guests on their iPhones were 500% better than anything they sent us. When we complained their representative Summer, told us that "satisfaction was not guaranteed" (WHAT!!) and it was their "artistic choice" and offered absolutely nothing reasonable in return. They did send one touch up that I could have done a better job of in photoshop on my own. We booked another photographer this past week as a redo and thank god the pictures we have now are amazing but PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THEM. We couldn't get ahold of anyone besides this Summer person which also makes me believe they may not have a real operation going here. The quality was anything but professional! They worst display of professional photography I've ever seen! There were NO cute romantic pics of my husband and I, they were blurry, pics of peoples backs, blank space, and all were candid photos!!!! Do not recommend. So many issues. Def misrepresent their services. Too many issues to go into but the latest is waiting almost 15 months for my wedding album. I submitted my photos in November of 2021 and in October of this year they said they did not have them. I forwarded the email chain showing I submitted them and now there are "supply chain issues". Good thing I made my own album for family and friends; no supply chain issues there! If you see this company, RUN! The photographer we had was very friendly but his work was subpar. When we finally received our photos we spent over a month back and forth with the company to even get a working link to download all of our photos it was a complete nightmare. Then while looking threw our photos it was a complete disappointment. It looked like my 7 year old niece took all the pictures. The majority of them where off center and crooked I had lipstick on my teeth on the majority of the photos. When we contacted Nahla, she bounced around every question we had for her and never got a straight answer it was really frustrating. Finally we got in Contact with I guess "the person in charge" her name is Cheryl. We have been telling her that the photos have not even been edited whatsoever they didn't even bother straightening out the crooked photos. She has told us multiple time since last Monday she would get back to us with an answer or a resolution, it is now the following Tuesday. No call back, no email, no communication from her what so ever. This company is trash, the photographers are just okay, but the customer service forget about it. There was no editing of photos and the presentation of raw photos was cumbersome. The formal posed photos were just OK. Nothing stunning. Those photos taken at reception were haphazard and disorganized. There were photos of random groups but none of the primary bride and groom families. Their photos were like amateur cell phone photos. If i could give this company 0 stars i would... I requested & would have felt more comfortable with 2 female photographers when i booked this company but someone had told me I couldn't have it that way & that they pair up in teams of 1 girl/ 1guy.... I set up an engagement session to get comfortable with my photographer at the wedding. The month of the wedding, something came up and they had to reassign a photographer to me. Not only was my engagement shoot with a different photographer, but now I've ended up with two male photographers. Although he did a nice job at the wedding, I am very disappointed I wasn't able to get 2 females but somehow got stuck with 2 males.... Only when its convenient for them i guess. As if that wasn't annoying enough... on my wedding day after the ceremony I noticed the 2nd photographer was no where to be found. I asked where he was and my photographer said the other guy was in a car accident.... Ok. They refunded me the 2nd photographer fee. But would not reimburse me the amount I paid for the dinner of the no show 2nd photographer. Instead they offered me 25 free thank you cards. Thanks but no thanks.....I have no use for those & would have preferred my money back... After the wedding, they sent me the wrong pictures, which i had to send back (they paid for return shipping) I reached out to the company a few months after my wedding asking when we can start making the album. In which they replied i can do it online whenever i wanted.... Thanks for the heads up. I paid for an album and copy parent album when initially booking the company. Only my album came & when i called to ask about the parent album they said they didn't know i wanted it to be a copy of mine. (a parent album with different pictures cost extra. I didn't pay the extra cost, where is their common sense?) The whole process is a bit confusing. You don't work with one person through the process. Instead you get handed off through the system, its a bit odd. Whenever i would call or email them inquiring about my pictures/albums/etc, the answer was always "Oh they just got finished being edited/printed/shipped today!" ...interesting... I used Enchanted Celebrations for my photography, videography and DJ. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The communication from the company was impeccable throughout the months leading up until the wedding. I just so much appreciated all the check ins with emails and calls giving me advise or just checking in. I really just loved how they work the company. My photographer David was AMAZING. I have a very loud and rambunctious bridal party group he couldn't have handled them any better! He was such a great sport and the pictures I saw because he showed me a few were AMAZING. Enchanted Celebrations was an absolutely pleasure to work with. I wish I could do the experience we had with them justice but words fail me. John was our DJ and he was the most kind and accommodating DJ I ever could have asked for. He reviewed all of my song choices with me days before my wedding to finalize everything and confirm the information I had provided to Jen and Erin through email and initial our planning call. I recorded a song for my husband as a wedding present and John made that process of timing and announcing it so incredibly easy. Even with some unexpected, last minute changes, he was so understanding. I could not have asked for a better DJ. Kelly was our photo booth attendant and she was wonderful to work with as well. Enchanted Celebrations keeps in contact with you through the entire process, they are extremely responsive, they have a convenient payment system in place and the team is willing to help with anything they can. Last month I attended and event where Enchanted Celebrations was hired to run. It was such an enjoyable time and I would recommend their services to anyone. I am not a fan of large events but they were so professional and skilled at what they do. The music was great and who does not love a fun photo booth!! They staff also made the night run smoothly and they were so nice and accommodating. A lot of us were able to have 2 copies of the pictures we took which was so special to keep. They really go the extra mile here. I would highly recommend considering them for your next big event or even wedding!! read more

I just got married on Friday night and I was amazed by my team from Enchanted Celebrations! I booked my videographer, photographer, and DJ through this company and they made my day spectacular! Brandon was my photographer for the entire day- he captured everything I asked for and more! He made the process stress free and yet still guided us in the direction we needed to go. My husband and I use this service for wedding photography. It was a little strange for me not to be in touch with the photographer and have to go thru Erin and Jen. However, one week before the wedding I got to talk with JUSTIN our photographer. We had a great conversation and I knew everything was going to be great. Justin was amazing at the wedding: cute, funny, able to handle tough family situation with humor, great pictures (we didn't get them yet but we saw a few on his camera). MY husband and I used Enchanted Celebrations for our Wedding photograhy, videography and photo booth! I heard nothing but complements about the photo booth operator from guests. Our photographer John was super fun and creative. Dave the video guy was awesome as well and my husband and I had alot of great conversations with both him and John all night. We got all of our photos back in about 2 1/2 weeks after the wedding. They were very accommodating our Sales Rep was Jen and she was willing to work with us to put together the very best package for our wedding. We recently used this company for photo and video for our wedding. We haven't received anything yet but the process up to this point has been great. We first met with a young lady to discuss the packages they offered. She was so kind and still met with us even with a storm coming. After we decided to go with this company we started the planning process, which was easily done on their website. Allison and her team were available via email or phone to answer any questions we had. About a month prior to the wedding, we had a phone conversation about pictures we absolutely wanted and those we didn't care so much for. Then a few days before the wedding, both the photographer and videographer reached out to us to confirm our meeting time and what pics and video we wanted. It was great! At the wedding, I barely noticed them. But both Alex and Kelly were great. Alex really made us fee special when taking our photos. Can't wait to see the final product. read more

These photographers were absolutely horrible! I've never seen such unprofessional work at a wedding. The photographer did not direct how to do any photos she asked the bride what to do and who to put in the photos. The woman was also missing for several important photos such as the veil being placed and the flower placed on the brides brother who was walking her down the aisle. The photographer never showed her face during cocktail hour, she never came into the bridal suite to get photos before being announced. Then to continue onto the reception the photographer was to busy flirting with the DJ to make rounds to each table for pictures or people dancing. She spent a lot of time on her phone. The brides photos that she did receive were not even good I took better pictures on my iPhone for many of the shots. The bride can never get this replaced and it's very hurt by the unprofessional woman that was sent to her wedding that day. I recommend that you don't even consider using this company. The bride was ultimately scammed for thousands of dollars. read more

I cannot thank Enchanted Celebrations enough for making my wedding absolutely perfect. My wedding was located at the Liberty House in Jersey City, NJ. I have been planning it all the way from Florida for over a year which made it even more stressful in hiring/trusting a company. To make things easier, I was searching for one company to provide my DJ, photographer, officiant and videographer. I am so glad I chose Enchanted Celebrations. Let me begin with our main photographer, David, who went above and beyond to get every picture I wanted and made the entire process a lot of fun! His high energy and upbeat personality kept us smiling and laughing the entire night (even during some stressful periods). Our second photographer, Andrea, was also very friendly and captured all the photos we requested! Our DJ, Curt, was absolutely wonderful! He had excellent suggestions for my reception introductions (especially since my parents are divorced) and even though I didn't want a bouquet toss, garter toss, or any "line dances" he still made my reception super fun and his amazing song selection kept everyone dancing the entire night. My videographer, Thomas, was able to capture our entire night without being noticed! Even our officiant, Greg, made our wedding ceremony special and listened to all of our requests. The staff at Enchanted Celebrations were incredible to work with and responded to all of my questions promptly.
