Enchanted Hollow is a quaint shop on the corner of Main Street across from the Wellsboro diner. Their tag line seems to be "renew your mind, body and spirit." The shop has all sorts of fairy, pixie and mystical type objects squeezed into every nook and cranny. Everything from crystals, jewelry, incense and fragrances to books could be found within the shop. We didn't buy anything, but enjoyed walking in and spending 10-15 minutes browsing through the unique objects. Extremely insulted! Very Poor SERVICE! My husband and I have been in staying down the road from this store for three weeks. We have not been able to go in because when we are off work the shop is closed. Our daughter would love this store and we wanted to purchase some gifts for her while we were up here. We got off early today and went in. There were four items I wanted to purchase for her a book, a bag, a lunch box, and a garnet in the locked case. My husband wanted to purchase a skull and Thor figurine. The blonde lady behind the counter asked if we needed help and my husbands said "we want to buy the garnet in the locked case." The blonde said she had to stay in the back because people while people were shopping. Her Mom said "what is wrong?" She told her she needed to stay back there while people were shopping. My husband was polite and said "yes, ma'am I understand." We walked towards the locked case to wait for her and I looked over and she was following us. Then I got to the case and said "we would like to buy one of the garnets. It does not matter which one." She started walking towards the case then freaked out. She said "I'm sorry. I am having a lot of anxiety right now and I can't open the case right now!" My husband suffers from anxiety too and she said "ok I understand." I said "why is there something bad in here?" She said "No, I am having anxiety because there has been a lot of theft lately and I can't open the case!" She caused a major scene her mother came from behind the counter. My husband said "let's just go babe!" I said "ok" and we started to walk out. Her mom said "So they're leaving now!" And we continued to walk out. Another mother father and child followed us out. It is a shame because we just wanted to buy our daughters some gifts and my husband wanted two items as well! We will NEVER GO BACK! read more

if i could give a 0 star, i would. blonde lady that worked there greeted a friend and i at the door, and proceeded to take their COFFEE, and sit it near the register (wouldn't let us take it till we left). throughout the experience she kept breathing down our necks. another time this lady yelling down from her apartment at a few friends and myself who decided to cross the street in front of the shop that the store was closed and wouldn't stop pointing it out. (we seen the sign, they're almost never open, and we we're just trying to get to my car in the dunhams parking lot). i get the store is having trouble with shoplifting, but the more you harass your customers, the less business you're gonna get. beautiful store, but the employees are just rude and cruel. read more

This is my very favorite store in Wellsboro not just because of the merchandise which by the way you can't get anywhere within a 20-mile radius of where we live. It is also because the ladies that work there are always happy, personable and helpful. If I had the money you could afford it I would sincerely decorate my entire house in all Enchanted Hollow merchandise! read more

Interesting little shop. Around the corner from Main Street and across from the Diner. Upon entering, a nice fragrance meets your nose. Has lots of fairies, kitchen witches and knick-knIcks. Shop is cluttered but fits the shop. Best not take young children - too tempting to touch and too much too break. A nice stop when in Wellsboro. read more

My daughter & I love this store. It has so many fun things to look at & it always smells amazing. There are all kinds of things from crystals, figurines, jewelry, incense, journals, clothes & the decorating is so pretty & magical. Just a fun place to get lost in for awhile & we never come out empty handed. The owners, Willow & her daughter, are very friendly & fun to talk to. Willow also does readings. When they bag your merchandise up, they make it pretty to take home & the bags always smell great just like the store does. read more
