We took my niece with us and she was so surprised to see the cows and loved having her pictures made with them, and Santa. She really enjoyed being able to feed the cows. Hailey was very responsive to my messages on Facebook and able to work well with live animals in the shoot. She was extremely professional and her turnaround time on the proofs were amazing! Overall the food was delicious for feeding over 300 guests! CON ------- Staff could have been a little more attentive in clearing off plates and cups. As for the food, most was palatable... The couple, wedding party, their vows,…read morethe venue was all perfect!Unfortunately, the one significant negative aspect of the entire day was the blemish called a "Director." His behavior toward guests was extremely unprofessional, rude, confrontational, and argumentative. Even when approached politely or when concerns were expressed respectfully, his responses were unnecessarily harsh and defensive. What was especially troubling was witnessing him argue with several female guests, including elderly women. Family members had informed the elderly guests that they could go inside, yet they were spoken to in a harsh and disrespectful manner. One older woman told him that she needed to go inside to sit because of her back pain; this dude looked at her and said "I don't give a dam!" Yet, he had the audacity to choose "momasboy" as the name of his company and have no respect for women! Apparently, he thinks he could talk to many in any way he choose! It was uncomfortable and completely inappropriate for what should have been a joyful and welcoming occasion. I was also not the only guest who was disturbed by his behavior. Throughout the event, I heard multiple guests express concerns about the way they were spoken to and treated. Some tried to give him constructive criticism and reason with him to tone it down. When anyone approached him in a respectful manner to discuss his tone with the guest; this so-called "adult response" was "they can't do nothing with me." Then he proceeds to turn his horrible behavior up a notch; like a 2-year old throwing a tantrum! Even making the comment to me-- "I don't like dealing with people like ya'll!" The wedding itself was beautiful, which makes this experience even more unfortunate! A wedding professional (he is NOT) should help create a warm, organized, and enjoyable environment--not leave guests discussing how uncomfortable or disrespected they felt. He is being paid to do a professional job; to make the couples day easier and stress-free! He should not be allowed to curse at their guest, be disrespectful, argumentative or confrontational!! This couple DEFINITELY DESERVES --3/4 their money back!! Based on my personal experience, I cannot--WILL NOT recommend this individual!! If I could give zero stars based solely on the level of professionalism and treatment of guests that I witnessed, I would!
