Had a great experience with The Sidity Effect yesterday, and cannot recommend highly enough. We were in town for the Masters Tournament but stayed in Columbia, SC. We were quoted a very reasonable rate for a SUV ( black Denali) and had great communication with the owner and our driver, Brandi - who was incredibly nice, punctual and responsive. We were picked up at the Hilton Columbia Center and dropped at the ride share lot at ANCC. Picked up once we called and gave Brandi a heads up right on time. I scheduled a family cruise with 15 other family members in December and paid a local transportation company. They overcharged me and asked me to pay for their hotel while my family was on our cruise. Once the transportation company asked for me to pay for their Miami vacation, I decided to cancel their services two weeks before my trip. The Sidity Effect Transportation Services was able to take me and my family to The port of Miami with no problem and ordered a competitive and affordable round trip rate!! They picked my family up from my house drove through the night to Miami, and got is there in a timely manner! the Service was ok but When I ordered a shuttle to get to the airport, the driver was 45 minutes late. They did not call me or anything. I had to call them and let them know. He was 45 minutes late and then on my shuttle back, I almost I booked the shuttle to have private services. I am very bad with anxiety and I have very much issues but I was in a car with two men and I was a girl when he picked me up that's when he told me he was another passenger then he dropped me off at my home with a stranger in the car not knowing if you know I had no issues or anything their drivers absolutely great gentleman it's clearly the Women behind them Their services made me feel very unsafe coming home because someone know where I was and where I could live and I could've been in stock so the ride home was very uncomfortable there's nothing here stating that they offer UNPRIVATE PLUS BOOk ANOTHER PLACE IS UNTRUE I HAVE THE MESSAGE STATING MY FLIGHT LANDED AT 12:52 pm not 12:30pm also NO TEXT STATING ILL BE RIDING WITH ANYONE HE TOLD ME AS I WALKED out THE AIRPORT THE OWNERS RESPONCE WAS CHOSE ANOTHER COMPANY NEXT TIME they don't advertise private service and if needed i would of booked not they don't aknowledge either they are rude after confirmation of their service unprofessional as well and I'll be sure to book with a 10 person and shuttle or uber next time like the owner told me to because she didn't like my review bitter people don't prosper. read more
