I cannot say enough great things about this venue and the team!! HOLY CRAP THEY ARE UNREAL! From our first tour with the owner Ken, to the very last minute of our event, they made everything perfect! We knew Enchanted Ranch was our venue the second we stepped foot on the property. But we had no idea they would exceed all of our expectations and actually go so far out to make our day unimaginable! Ken was amazing to work with (I had so many questions and he never failed to respond so quickly to every single one) .We had the in house coordination, with Penjo and her team, and while it's "technically" day-of coordination and vendor stuff, she still communicated with me every step of the way. The day-of duo of Penjo and Madison were so amazing. They kept me calm and mostly stress free. I say mostly because the stress was not from them and from my family which they can't control haha. But they were always checking on me and making sure everything was going smoothly. Literally the dream team. We had the in house decor team set up and by golly was it beautiful. I was a little worried because I didn't get to see everything until we checked in on the day of, but again, everything exceeded all expectations. We had the in house DJ, Colby. What a great human honestly. Vibes were so high all night, I don't think there was a single second that the dance floor wasn't poppin. He also was in charge of the Photo Booth that was ALSO poppin all night lol. We had an open bar as well and the bartender and team were we quick and accommodating! Also friendly AF! Drinks were flowing, people were getting dowwwnnnn! The entire Enchanted Ranch team just really made our wedding day a dream. This is getting long, so I'll stop here. But if you're looking for a beautiful venue, with a team that actually cares about you, this is 10/10 the place to do your event!! We had an amazing experience with Enchanted Ranch, Colby, Penjo, and Ken and all of the staff that helped set up and bartend were fantastic. We had some major issues with our photographer but Penjo handled it amazingly. Colby helped the day go smoothly aside from the delays caused by the photographer issues. And they were so accommodating when we had minor changes from the timeline as the day went on. Her and Colby were truly so amazing and helped my wedding day go so smoothly. Ken was so easy to work with and helped us get everything set up exactly how we wanted it. My mom handled the bar with some upgrades and we were able to get some additions that everyone enjoyed. Their custom cocktails were also fantastic!! Aside from some minor issues with seating availability and things out of their control the day was amazing and I'm so glad we picked them for our wedding day. If I could give negative stars, I would. My husband and I were supposed to get married on November 30, 2024, and working with this venue was the absolute worst experience of our entire wedding process. We ended up changing venues one week before our wedding, and it was the best decision we could have made. This business has also been reported to the BBB, and nothing has been resolved. Communication from Ken eventually stopped altogether. Why I would never recommend this venue: Unreliable promises about the bar. When we booked in January 2024, we specifically asked for Miller Lite to be available at the bar. Ken initially said yes. Months later, he changed his story and said he would only buy a few cases -- enough for 8 groomsmen to drink 5 beers each. We had 220 guests. He refused to order more because he "didn't want leftovers," and then said that if there were leftovers, we would have to buy them from him. Ugly, inaccessible ceremony setup -- and more broken promises. On a later tour with my coordinator, he had added cinder block benches that looked terrible, the wood wasn't even finished. It would've given someone splinters. I told him they were ugly and not what we agreed to. He had originally promised white chairs, but after many emails back and forth, he still refused to remove the benches and only said he might push them to the side. My grandmother uses a wheelchair and would have been completely excluded from the ceremony space because of this setup; which it was not originally shown as. False claims about sound equipment. During our initial tour, he told us the venue would have an outdoor surround sound for the ceremony and cocktail hour by the time of our wedding. That turned out to be another empty promise. Catering issues that made no sense. Our caterer visited the venue and discovered that the two restaurant-style coolers on-site were not allowed to be used. That left him with nowhere appropriate to stage or store food. How is a caterer supposed to operate under those conditions? Rude, condescending communication. After months of emails, Ken became increasingly rude, dismissive, and unwilling to work with us on even basic concerns. The tone alone was enough to make us question staying -- and ultimately, it confirmed that leaving was the right choice. It's honestly sad, because the venue itself is beautiful. But the owner made the entire experience a nightmare. I would never want another couple to go through what we went through. Switching venues saved our wedding, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

Amazingly beautiful venue. The owner was the sweetest ever. I can't wait to host the wedding were coordinating here. Its beautiful before the decor, it's going to be even more amazing after. Update: the wedding was tonight and the venue coordinators for the night were great. Carson and Braydon were extremely helpful the entire night. We had Carson for half the time and then Braydon the rest of the evening. Carson was great during Set up and Braydon was great for the rest of the evening and breakdown. What a perfect venue for my daughter's wedding! The owner was so nice, the ranch was perefectly set up for her wedding. The grounds were beautiful! The bridal suite was amazing! It was so big and comfortable for getting ready for the event. The set up was perfect for an outdoor wedding and then walking right into a party. Our guests were very happy and commented to me throughout the night that the set up was perfect! The open sky,n buildings, set up for venue and staff were perfect. This venue was everything we wanted! Lisa was a HUGE help. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is hard, she did everything she could to make sure it was the best day! We couldn't imagine our day going any other way! We loved it! The bridal suite was very warm all day, it did get slightly uncomfortable but being a newer venue, I'm certain eventually they will get the smaller details worked out. Well 6,000 dollars and stop serving alcohol at 10:30 and party started at 5pm well should've went with another venue or my backyard!

My son and daughter in law were married at this beautiful picturesque venue on 4-13-2024. The venue owner and staff worked really hard over the last year as the reception hall was totally rebuilt. They supposedly have even more plans to make the facilities even better. Kudos for that. However, make sure you read and understand each word of your rental contract before you sign and fork over a down payment. They make a big deal out of TBAC rules and regulations, as they should but then didn't card. They will verbally tell you upfront if your guests bring in outside beer or alcohol they will charge a fee of $500/person. (This may be in the new contracts but we were under the old contract which was prior to their policies changing on beer and alcohol.) There was nothing written in our contract about an automatic charge of $500 if outside alcohol was found. In fact, our contract stated "Guest who bring in beverages will be told to take it back to their vehicle." One of our grooms party went against our request to not bring in beer / alcohol and we were charged because of it. They did not ask us to pour it out, or to get rid of it, or to take it to the vehicle. They just emailed us the next day with a picture of alcohol in the room to notify us they were taking $500 from the card on file. We didn't realize it didn't matter if TBAC fined the venue or not. If they find it, they will take the money out of your card they hold for incidentals with no phone call, no discussion, whether you are on the the old contract or the new contract. They did not warn us that they would go into the bridal suite and groom's room without anyone from the wedding party being in the rooms. So make sure you have someone that stays in the room with your belongings or make sure your personal items / valuables are secured. Rental was until 12am so music was to end by 11pm. Of course as the crowd started leaving and tables were opening up, we began our table clearing. We chose to do our set up and demantling ourselves. We still had the bridal party and groomsmen going in out of the suites prior to 11pm to change into more comfortable clothes and some weren't going to leave the dance floor until the music shut down. Although it was prior to 11pm shut down time, we had staff coming up asking to go check to make sure the suites were already cleaned out. Of course the suites aren't cleaned out the music hasn't even shut down yet. Be prepared to sweep the floors and mop up your or your guests spills with staff watching you or you have to pay extra for staff to do it. They did go the extra mile to get in the beer, Miller Lite and Coors Lite, we requested (with the new building came a new beautiful indoor/ outdoor bar with mostly IPAs on tap) yet bar staff told some guests they didn't have the Coors Lite when the guests went to the bar to buy it (this happened to at least two of our guests that we know of) and then complained at the end of the night that there was so much left over. Tell your caterer there is no water facilities provided for them to wash their hands or for meal prep. We were told on multiple occasions there was a large frig (the double glass door type that grocery stores use for ice) we could use but when we got there, it was full of small kegs of beer. So you might not want the cake to arrive until closer to ceremony time if you worry about it staying fresh and cool. The video monitors had a nice Congratulations message with the bride and groom's name. The funny part is we are in April and the background was red with floating snow flakes. Our deco did not include red or snowflakes. read more

This was a terrible venue. It was SO hot. The AC was not working, so you we're basically frying in a glass tent. The staff didn't even try to help the AC situation and they were not very friendly. The bathroom had roaches and needed to be cleaned. I would never want to go to another wedding that took place here. read more

I just had a wedding here this past Saturday and the day was perfect! Ken did a great job trying to get us as comfortable as possible. The venue is not 100% finished but we knew this before the wedding day and he did everything he could to make it feel like it was. We had such a fun day and we didn't want it to end! Me and my fiancé had our wedding at your venue Sunday november 27 and i wanted to inform you that we did not have the experience we were expecting Jessica was wonderful in guiding us through the beginning stages of the process and she promised us guidance and tips from your team for the day of, when we came during the open house at the beginning of November we were introduced to the venue manager becki and told she had all the experience and would be helping us from now on. we had asked ahead of time if there was a possibility for us to use the venue for a rehearsal we were told that it was ok and had decided on 3pm-5pm if that was not a option we would have been understanding but we were told it was no problem. We were told your team would have everything set up and the bar would be prepped for my party. We arrived Saturday at 3pm to set up some and rehearse which confusion between your team and told we were not supposed to be there and told that we wouldn't be charged but we needed to work fast, we were greeted with horrible customer service by the manager becki. Then told the venue tables were not set up for us yet so me and my family had to move the tables and chairs we had a layout for 15 tables and there was over 20 tables set up. So my family did what your team was supposed to do while dealing with water leaks and puddles through out the venue, the man's that was apart of the set up crew was a little helpful once he arrived Saturday evening. Once that day was over and now I realized that the promises that I was given was possible lies I tried to hope for the best for the next day our big day. After being spoken to very rudely and given attitude from the venue manager that we were getting too much time to set up, when that is what we were told we could do with out any problems. Sunday morning as my family and I arrived to Finnish the last finishing touches for our wedding day, me and my husband were not once approached or greeted by that manager becki we saw her vehicle there and some of my family saw her but she never once gave any customer service she was walking around with a unapproachable attitude and face. I understand she is a new addition to the enchanted ranch team but she made our experience horrible. I understand there can be miscommunication but we are very understanding people and we didn't get any proper service from that lady. We were also promised that we would be gifted some champagne for my bridal suite for getting dressed and that was not done either. After my family and i made the best of the set up process once the reception started I see my family walking in the venue with bags of supplies for the bar and I found out that the bar was not stocked so my uncle had to leave my wedding and stock the bar when we were promised on our courtesy call that it would be fully stocked. If it wasn't for my family helping me make this day happen it would have been horrible. The staff needs a better way of communicating and some customer service lessons. I also understand the venue is in the process of expanding and changing its contracts and buildings but if this is what the future of enchanted ranch has to look forward to then they have some very upset brides and grooms to follow. We booked this venue and loved the hospitality given to us and warm welcoming by jessica but it looks like that old enchanted ranch is gone. read more

What I like the most about Enchanted Ranch is the layout of the venue. I walked around the property during the reception and the site has great plans. The venue looks young but dignified. I think the place would only look better and better each day. The structure is huge and all surrounded by glass windows. I suggest seeing the brides changing room!! Horrible Experience. A/C was not working the day of my wedding. Mind this was on June and temperatures inside was well above 90. We had close to 300 guests and a good chunk of them left early before food even touched their table due to the scorching temperature inside. My newly wed wife cried from panic at our wedding by seeing how everyone was fanning themselves with whatever they could find. Supposedly because it was the hottest part of the day and A/C struggled, but at over 90 degrees?! Also, that was not true because the venue continued to be hot all the way until night. Never cooled. Contacted venue days later requesting a refund because they failed to provide a climate controlled space as per the contract stated and they basically said that they weren't going to give me a refund. That it was summer and that's something I should deal with. I was also told every event they have in summer gets like that and everyone is able to deal with it. They threw, what we felt, a lot of lies our way and I disproved them all. We felt they were very dishonest and that we were lied to. Currently in the process of taking them to court for a refund since they breached the contract. Legal advice said it was a case I would win with the evidence I had. read more

I attended a friends wedding at Enchanted Ranch and I am shocked to hear the bad reviews. I may not know the contract details but the place looks amazing. Yes, there is no pond but I'm sure it is not the owners fault that the pond did not work. Here's what I think of the venue, services and customer reviews Ceremony Area: I'm very impressed on how they came up with up with a great solution to fix the ceremony site background. Luv it! Tent: The tent is huge! People say it's underwhelming but I have to say that Enchanted Ranch is a DIY place. You decorate your own event to your liking. The owners provided you with a great place and so it's up to you to provide your own magic touch to satisfy yourselves and to impress your guests. The tent was not very hot. There were several air conditioners all over the tent but we are in Texas! It's always hot. I went to a couple of weddings last year and both locations were crazy hot! I'm sure it would be the same issue if you go somewhere else maybe worse. Sound: Excellent round system. My father was a musician so I'm very familiar with sound system. You all pay for excellent sound system guys!!! Pergola: The pergola has this great wisteria vines. It's not finished but it didn't look unfinished at all. I could tell that it's an on going project. Parking: it's a ranch. Again, the venues I went to last year did not have paved parking but it was not an issue. Tow trucks rarely happen unless you parked anywhere but dedicated parking spaces. Customer Service: There's a couple that walks around the property all the time, must be the owners. They constantly checks everything and helps everyone's needs. Great staff! Changing rooms: Super beautiful! My favorite spot at Enchanted Ranch. Improvements: Mainly just little things but most definitely the pond. read more

Went to a wedding a few weeks back. The place has tremendous potential but still far from being complete. Things not complete include: parking lot, grass sod, lake, and many more details. Keep in mind the lake is supposed to be the backdrop for the ceremony which looked awful, pretty much like a unfinished construction site. The tent was very hot which made it uncomfortable during the reception. I would not recommend this place at this time due to the unfinished parts of the venue. Once it is complete then it will be good but wait until you physically them finished before signing a contract. read more
