After only a few months, we noticed one of the emeralds had fallen out. The associate who helped us was immediately apologetic, and took the necklace back promising to get it fixed as soon as possible. However the gallery owner has now decided they will not do that and we are out of luck. They state they have a 30 day return policy and if the setting is defective after 30 days they won't do anything about it.
