We came back the next day on Sunday but unfortunately the store was closed. So sad!!! Hopefully when I come back to visit they are still around. After only a few months, we noticed one of the emeralds had fallen out. The associate who helped us was immediately apologetic, and took the necklace back promising to get it fixed as soon as possible. However the gallery owner has now decided they will not do that and we are out of luck. They state they have a 30 day return policy and if the setting is defective after 30 days they won't do anything about it.

He caught me looking at the little paper towards the front that talked about Robert Shields' artwork and quickly pointed out all the wonderful pieces around the whole store.
