Based on the reviews I thought this was going to be a "positive place" our kid was not misbehaving and our baby was quiet in her baby seat. We were looking forward to a reading together. We stood outside, upstairs in the patio section and read two signs. One was in front of the door that read "quiet please" which made us believe there was a session in place and another one in the patio saying that it was a quiet space and that no cellphones or loud noises were around. We thought we could wait but I told my husband to go downstairs with our toddler to wait since waiting could make our toddler impatient. So I waited 10 minutes to see if anyone would come out to greet us or tell us the session ended. Told my husband we could wait another 10 minutes to see if anyone would come out. I thought the door was locked since it alluded to someone inside getting a reading. So my husband finally asked me if the door was opened. I never bothered to look so I checked. Door was opened and I walked in. There was a lady on her phone and keep in mind, it's super quiet there. First, she didn't bother to look up or greet me. Second, you could look from inside looking out and she clearly saw us waiting and never came outside to ask us if we needed anything.
