He initially seemed fine with that, but then called back just ten minutes later--this time agitated--insisting that the hotel doesn't "revolve around me" and demanding paperwork be filled out immediately. Surprised, I got out of the bath right away and came down to resolve the issue. Despite apologizing for what I thought was a simple miscommunication, I was met with hostility. The staff member became increasingly upset, told me to pack my things, and threatened to call the police for trespassing. To my disbelief, he actually did. The police arrived, and I left immediately. I've stayed in hotels all over the world and have never experienced such an extreme, unnecessary overreaction. What could have been handled with basic courtesy and professionalism turned into a hostile, bewildering ordeal. I truly hope the management reflects on how this kind of treatment affects guests. Until then, I strongly advise avoiding this property.

There is a mini store by the front desk if you want to purchase candy, snacks, and bottled sodas and water. Room was clean but dated. The walls are thin so there was a night where there was yelling and chaos in the hallway and room next to mine and I couldn't sleep. The elevators are very slow. Breakfast is just okay.
