Her ballet and Acro dance have been vital to her mental health. My daughter is beaming with joy every time we enter those doors. I cannot say enough positive things about Centreville Dance Academy. The negative review about the costs is uninformed. The costs are similar to most other reputable dance academies. The quality of dance instructions at this academy is very good. And I can see why! It can be addicting once you get the hang of it! The music was great and the teacher was so energetic she made you want to give it your all. A one time guest pass was $20 but for a week or for several classes, the pass is $40. Therefore it is way more worth it to do the week or several class pass than the single pass. By the end of the class, I was sweating up a storm and feeling all the endorphins. Next time I would definitely do the week pass and come several times. They offer different classes throughout the week focusing on different parts of the body.
