Please seek help elsewhere if you will not accept my accommodation." Completely unacceptable. She made us believe she was trustworthy, and now we are left with wasted time, wasted money, and even more legal headaches.

I have repeatedly tried to get my packet returned to me. I went in person and notified them days ahead of time only for them to tell me they didn't have my paperwork when I got there. It is now October and I have spent over a month following up with no success. The business phone is a cell phone, and they stopped answering my calls and don't respond to texts. Not only did they fail to complete the service I paid for, but they are also ignoring me while still holding legal paperwork that contains my personal information which I find extremely unprofessional. Especially for a business that handles time sensitive court documents. I attached screenshots of my attempts to communicate with them to this review. If I could give zero stars, I would.
