They got our case put off for five months because THEY DID NOT FILL OUT THE SERVICE FORM. The judge gave us a chance to get the guy who's supposedly served the documents on the phone. They did not answer the phone. Very unprofessional. I don't know how they stay in business. The judge said he had the same issue the day before with the same server. read more

I hired Accurate Process Serving to deliver small claims documents and unfortunately had a very poor experience. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but I relied heavily on them due to my court deadline and was disappointed with how everything was handled. After I paid, I wasn't even placed in their system for nearly a week. I had to message them myself to ask why there were no updates, and only then was I added. If I hadn't reached out, I honestly don't know when anything would have been done. Communication was also a major issue. I received almost no email updates, and despite them saying they attempted service multiple times, only one attempt was ever documented or communicated to me. I was repeatedly left in the dark and had to keep asking for basic information. When I pointed out the delay and lack of updates, instead of working with me or taking accountability, I was told to "just get a new court date" -- even though their delay was the reason I was running out of time. I tried to be reasonable and asked if they could help me meet my deadline, but they refused to make even a small accommodation. Between being left out of the system, not receiving proper updates, minimal documented attempts, and then being told to basically start over with a new court date, I ended up having to hire someone else at the last minute. This cost me extra time, money, and stress. I wish my experience had been better, but I cannot recommend them based on how my case was handled. read more

I called this character on the phone to get a quote for serving a company outside of California I told him what city the company would probably be located at? He said to go to the Secretary of State website I told him I already went there and there are numerous listings of that company but in California? He goes on and tells me that he does not serve P.O.Box's???? I responded by saying that's fine! But I know these letters that I have been receiving from the company I want to take to court is in Virginia he responds back with a price? Then he adds I don't think this is a good fit for us? I respond back why would you give me a quote if you do not serve company's outside of California in the first place He says because I never let him finish what he wanted to say to me? Then he decides to call me on a private local number and starts talking crap to me under his breath whispering like crazy person, and starts telling me if I have been dropped on my head several times! And that he got a server to locate my address??? I asked him if that was a threat? he stayed quiet?? So if any of you are reading this be careful with this business this guy sounds psychotic! And deceitful! This next section of the review is directed at the gentleman who made this false accusation of the me. BTW, for starters I am not your customer! I have already spoken to beaumont PD regarding this matter, you cannot file a police report based on a phone call regardless of how you want to twist the story in your favor? I called your office once today thru the business phone number provided by yelp. Secondly you stated you received harassing phone calls from BOTH! Business and personal?? That is a bold faced lie! Sir, as I recall you called me right after I hanged up on the last call to your business, I never had your personal phone number t'll you called me on my cell phone??
