I went in the palest I've ever been and came out perfectly bronzed! The tan lasted through 2 weeks! I couldn't have been more pleased with the tone of the tan, not orangey, not too dark, but totally complimentary of my skin tone. I literally have never walked into a tanning salon and felt so welcomed there. No matter shape, color, size, gender, etc! I've seen them be so kind and helpful to every single person at this salon. I walked in with zero knowledge of how to start my tanning journey and left knowing what I needed to do to build my tan. About 6 years back I would go to endless summer for the tanning beds and I loved it! But I moved away and recently went back to Lompoc for a friend's wedding. This next time around I didn't feel the same. I went in for a spray tan since I had a wedding to attend to in less than 48 hours. The staff was very helpful and sweet and scheduled me for as soon as possible. The next morning I arrive. I asked for a golden tan, nothing too crazy just something that shows I've gotten some sun. Once again staff was very sweet but my tan did not come out as expected. I couldn't see how it really was in the little room because it was against a big dark brown wall with no extra lighting. Once I got home my color was different, but was very optimistic about it. After a few hours I decided to wash it off. This is a well maintained and clean facility. The staff is normally professional and friendly, They offer many different tan packages including UVA and UVB tanning machines. After awhile they knew who I was and when I walked up they had my account on the screen, knew what bed I was going to and had it ready. Very helpful as I was always getting my tan right before work. Not the best customer service at all and very old, over priced tanning. The mystic booth has no option for shade or any other types of special accommodations. The lotions are ridiculously overpriced but since it's the only tanning salon in this town I guess it will have to work. read more

I just started working in Lompoc and I stopped by Endless Sunmer last Wednesday to tan. They offer a great weekly rate which was $19.99 for seven consecutive days of tanning. I was instantly sold. Kathryn was awesome she had great customer service and we extremely informative. She went out of her way to show me around the shop and which beds were which. Endless Summer Tan has the worst customer service ever. The front desk lady, Rebecca Bryson would not let me speak to THE OWNER about an issue I had and continuously kept hanging up on me on the phone. When I finally went in to speak to the owner in person she refused to give me the information and would not listen to anything I had to say instead she called the cops and threatened to drag me out of the store! I DID NOT go in with hostility and was actually really calm. She told me to "get out of her fuckin store!" and called the cops saying I was "harassing her". When I first got the tanning package that they sold me on NO ONE ever told me that it must be used within 7 consecutive days and I had only used 2 of my days. I was also really sick the past few days and went in to speak to someone about trying to accommodate me and she refused to listen. I was never asking for a refund like she keeps saying. I was just asking for at least 3 more tans (not even the 5 I missed) that I had already paid for. Like I said the lady who sold me the package never told me about the 7 consecutive day rule when I first purchased it. Apparently it is posted on the door but they didn't point it out until after the fact. I was even planning on purchasing the unlimited package but I just can't believe how terrible her service was. Never will I ever recommend anyone to go here. If anyone knows who the owners are please direct me to them because I would love to speak to them about the people they have representing their business! read more

I think this place gets a lot of leeway because they're the only tanning salon in town. If another one was open, I would cancel my membership here and join the other place. I (like most other people) have limited time for myself and have to schedule errands and can only allot errands at certain time frames. That being said, I go to the tanning salon right when they open. I'm not sure if it's because the employees are young and irresponsible but I have stood outside the tanning salon with all the lights off and not a soul inside, waiting for someone to show up to work. Keep in mind, this wait ranges from employees being 5-15 minutes late and as much as 45 minutes late on a Sunday. I find this unacceptable and if the employees can't come to work on time, the manager/owner should take action. I have an unlimited membership because I have an event I need to be tan for in the near future but I will be canceling as soon as that event has passed. This tanning salon needs some serious work on customer service. read more

Worst tanning salon I have ever been too. The staff is uneducated and completely lacking product knowledge, not to mention very poor customer service. The beds are low grade and bulbs are not changed often enough and it is overpriced for the quality. It's unfortunate they are the only tanning place in town and have chosen to monopolize the market and take advantage it. read more

They do a great airbrush tan. The facility is clean. The staff are always nice and professional. The reason I gave this a 3 is because of management. The manager NEVER returns phone calls when there are questions or concerns and I find that very disrespectful when I am paying 55 bucks a month for an airbrush tan. read more
