Front desk, get your act together. I was hoping to schedule an appointment with Dr. Mattison and was told that for all new patients, one must have a recent diagnosis. Ok, that's fine. So I contacted Allina and had them forward my last diagnosis to their office. 2 weeks went by and I called ECM again and asked if they had rec'd my records yet and they said no, but the receptionist said it was "okay" to schedule my first appointment. Um okay, but the first gal said I couldn't...so what is your policy? First appointment was scheduled 2 months out. Ok, good. Well it is now the day before my scheduled appt. and the ECN receptionist called again and said my recent diagnosis must be within a the last 6 months. Well it wasn't. Hey ECM, you should have brought this to my attention from the get-go. It's all good...it just wasn't meant to be. Customer service is lacking and new patient protocol is inconsistent. I originally chose ECM because it's closer to my home, but I'm better off going back to my endocrinologist out in St. Paul. read more

I second previous reviews I saw regarding Dr. M and her arrogance and being dismissive. I thought our initial session went well but I had the nerve to question a recommendation of hers and basically was told to "take a hike" by her. I didn't find clinic administrator Kathleen Ebert to be any more helpful. read more

In the past I saw Dr. Laedtke, since then I saw Dr. Mattison, I was pleased that she did not reccomend more scripts but working with me on my diet. read more

My first impression is not good....unfriendly receptionist, unhelpful, I told her my last endo was in another state that I haven't been back to MN for very long, but that I need blood work and medication soon. She didn't care...several hoops to jump through just to get an appointment. It's their policy that I need to track down my own medical records and get them to them and I need to get blood work done first so that their endo can have everything in a neat, tidy box when I comet...I asked if they could order my bloodwork for me since it made sense, she said disgustedly that it's supposed to be ordered by a primary physician?! How does a general medicine doc know what kind of blood panel I need? I have a particular, rare pituitary disease that requires a specific blood workup! Okay, so that's your office policy...but she was unapologetic about it all. No problem, I'm going to a another endo who is much farther away, but it also board certified and the people who pick up the phone to deal with patients are kind. It's too bad they have a board certified doc working at a classless place like this. ..I picked this place for Dr. M because of her training and board certification, but the doc is only as good as the people that work around her in the clinic. Do not treat patients, especially new ones, like they are trash...it goes a long way. read more

After my initial time trying to get an appointment, I am giving his place another chance. We will see how my appointment goes tomorrow.

I have been to see Dr Mattison 3 times at this point. Love this place and love how complete my care is with her. I have had a great experience at this location with this doctor! read more

TERRIBLE office support here!!! Every time I visit, the receptionists are gossiping about patients and everyone in the waiting area can hear them loud and clear. Every time I call, they are rude and don't want to answer a simple question like, "Can you tell me if I am due for an appointment?" Other times, I've had to call on several occasions to get them to post my lab results onto the patient portal. If I say that I've called two times before, every time they tell me that they have no record of me calling them. Every time my pharmacy needs to call them to get more refills, they do not respond to the pharmacy and they tell me that they have no record of my pharmacy calling them. read more

I made an appointment to see Dr. Rebecca Mattison. She was NOT helpful, very dismissive and arrogant. I will no longer be a patient at this clinic. I would not recommend this Dr. or clinic to anyone read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I switched over excited since it was closer to my house. My first visit went well until at the end the doctor PRAYED with me...now I am not too religious and it just creeped me out. When I went back they messed my labs up and forgot one of the tests on them. After contacting them and telling them about their error I received a blank message with no results, this is after I had to call a week later to get the results put on my portal. They also had recommended I start a new medication and when asking if they could send the prescription to my pharmacy whoever was responding in the portal PUT THE MESSAGE IN ALL CAPS AS IF I WAS BOTHERING THEM TO DO THEIR JOB. Long story short I will never be going back and will have to find yet another clinic. They need to understand that sometimes people are worried when going to the doctors and not in the right place, they should be there to help and not get annoyed. Learn how to do your job better cause trust I deal with a lot more crap at my job, but somehow keep a way better attitude. read more
