The office staff was rude and unhelpful when questioning if they had ever received my labs, and left me on my own to deliver my labs, wasting multiple days from when they should've been received. During my second round of labs, the lab tech scolded me multiple times for having "complicated" labs on a Friday, making me feel guilty for being there. Apparently you aren't supposed to have illness on Fridays. There was also a dog running around the lab?????? Seems sanitary. Before I even received all of the labs, I received a call from a nurse telling me to see a natural healer. I questioned if I could get a referral to endocrinology based on my significantly abnormal labs. I was told the doctor "probably" consulted them-- but she didn't know for sure. I asked about my abnormal labs and she also didn't know about them. You'd be better off googling your symptoms and ordering your own labs than being seen at this clinic.

The next day I find out she is not going to prescribe suboxone for me she's too afraid, ridiculous. I would like to know why they make drugs for pain and withdrawal but the D E A has doctors so afraid to prescribe any opiates it's ridiculous. I'm 67 years old and I shouldn't have to suffer this way when there are medications to help!! I would not refer this clinic to anyone!!!
