The lab didn't want to do my original order, cancelled my appointment, and sent me to another lab without clarifying that they didn't make an appointment, so I wasted an entire morning (fasted) waiting to get in. The office staff was rude and unhelpful when questioning if they had ever received my labs, and left me on my own to deliver my labs, wasting multiple days from when they should've been received. During my second round of labs, the lab tech scolded me multiple times for having "complicated" labs on a Friday, making me feel guilty for being there. Apparently you aren't supposed to have illness on Fridays. There was also a dog running around the lab?????? Seems sanitary. Before I even received all of the labs, I received a call from a nurse telling me to see a natural healer. I questioned if I could get a referral to endocrinology based on my significantly abnormal labs. I was told the doctor "probably" consulted them-- but she didn't know for sure. I asked about my abnormal labs and she also didn't know about them. You'd be better off googling your symptoms and ordering your own labs than being seen at this clinic.

I felt like finally my doctors were catching up with all of the things that have been pushed to the background for me over the years I spent at traditional medical offices. My first provider retired and I then moved to the Lyndale location and things began to change. My time with my provider was limited, It appeared to be a 20 minute maximum appointment. I intend to stay at Herself Health but I feel like someone is pulling at my provider's arm trying to get her away from me and on to the next patient for whom she will have another 20 minutes. This is a change from my previous experience at Herself Health. I don't like it and I feel like there's an accountant somewhere in the background telling my provider she needs to get on with it. There doesn't appear to be anything I can do and I am less enthusiastic about the depth of medical services I am given here.

She put on a pair of gloves, went outside to get a new lightbulb (touched the door handle, lamp, ect) and then performed my exam without changing gloves. The NP that placed an IUD did so in a manner that was so rush, I had a vagal response and all she did was have a nurse bring me juice. She left me for 20 minutes after and said "leave when you feel better". The care provided here is not of high quality. I would recommend seeing another provider for any OBGYN care.

They were spot on with that timing, as it was exactly 30 minutes from my arrival that I saw the Dr. When I arrived, they confirmed my check-in at the front and by the time I could sit down, the nurse came out to get me and bring me to a room right away. My vitals were taken immediately and then I waited 25 minutes for the Dr. I felt listened to by both the nurse and the Dr and feel as if they sent me home with the right care regimen. If I need to visit again before the Urgent Care by my home opens, I will for sure be back! I like that they open earlier in the morning.

The customer service here is the worst I've ever experienced. To get a lab request faxed, it…read morerequired 8 phone calls on my part, a portal message to my provider, and a website message. The portal and website messages were never returned. A voicemail left for the triage department was not returned for 2 1/2 days. Because of the lack of follow-through by this clinic, they made me reschedule my appointment with my provider, and my provider did not have any openings for over a month. When the rescheduled appointment finally came around, I sat in the virtual waiting room for 45 minutes. The provider, Ilana Farb, never showed up for my appointment. I was extremely upset, called the clinic to report my missing provider, and couldn't report it to anyone because no one answered the phone. The automated system left me on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. I called again, chose the triage nurse option, and left a voicemail reporting the issue. I said I expected a call back that day. The call never came. The next day I repeatedly called to reach someone, anyone. I was finally connected with a person, who arranged for my provider to call me on her lunch hour. I explained to my provider, Ilana Farb, that it was difficult to trust her care when she doesn't respond to her messages and the clinic provides such poor customer service. She then argued with me and told me I didn't send her a portal message, said I needed to talk with the clinic manager about the customer service issues, and she just wanted to discuss medical issues. She didn't seem to understand that the quality of medical care is unable to be separated from the customer service issues and that the stress of this experience is likely having a massive effect on my hormones. She also did not apologize for not showing up to my appointment the day before. I terminated my medical care with her during this phone call. She ended the call by saying the clinic manager would still call me the next day. Unsurprisingly, the clinic manager did not call. I only wish I had read other reviews before I began with this clinic. Clearly I am not the only person who has received this treatment. Many other patients have reported these same problems and yet this clinic continues to put patients through this. This is very suprising and ironic treatment from a clinic whose mission is creating "a warm and welcoming environment, one in which we can provide the absolute best care available with a focus on your unique needs. We partner with you in your healthcare decisions by listening and responding to your individual concerns." The treatment I received was the exact opposite of this mission statement. I will be filing a complaint with the Minnesota Department of Health. This kind of patient treatment is unacceptable.
