I had an appointment scheduled for a root canal. For this 1 appointment, I had to schedule 3 other appointments (dentist for filling and orthodontist for taking off and putting on my retainer). The day of my appointment, couple hours before, they cancelled on me and had no care of the inconvenience it had. It affects my cancellation of my other appointments which has a cost associated to my cancellations because of the endodontic. When I asked would they reimburse me for their mistake of any late cancellation fees, the female on the phone laughed at me. I asked her what was so funny? she put me on hold. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. NO apology was given. The female on the phone really did not care at all and knows zero about customer service.
