If you're a girly girl and you like everything pink and fluffy then you're sure to be in your element inside this small salon. Don't get me wrong though, while it may be small, pink and fluffy, this place is big on technique and Tanya knows her craft. This is a great salon if you're in the market for a mani or pedi or even if you want a complete new set of nails. When it comes to spray tanning, forget the home treatments and go and see Tanya, she is a master at the spray tan. Tanning is done in complete privacy and you will be given the obligatory 'drying' time at the end of your appointment before you have to put your kit back on and head out. This is a great small business and deserves to be supported.

Upon closer inspection I discovered they use natural and organic products where ever possible. An interesting point is their massage therapist is fully qualified which enables health rebates to be claimed, something not all massage therapists offer. Plus there is an amazing amount of follow on services performed which is all part of the job for instance reiki, myofascial, trigger point, etc therapies. Besides the standard beauty treatments like acrylic nails, waxing, manicures and pedicures, eyebrow tinting, etc this salon definitely has the edge. Other services advertised is ear candling which seems to be appearing on other beauticians menus too, spray tans and lactic peels. Oh and just as a note N.Tice Beauty was voted by CLEO Magazine as 'one of the best salons in Australia', how's that for kudos!

Glenelg is one of the newer Endota Spas to open up in Adelaide and has been done well. Subdued lighting lots of candles and lovely warm staff allow you to feel relaxed the moment you step inside. The products they use are certified organic and smell divine. There are many different treatments and packages to choose from ranging from $30 upwards. The building is a lovely old two storey house and the treatment rooms are located upstairs away from any noise. Its in a little old characterized house with a couple of single rooms and a few couple rooms, with no group room. The rooms have a nice ambience with candles, soft soothing music and the aroma of certified organic beauty products. All the rooms are quite small and cosy, as it was a house, which makes me like the Rundle and Barossa ones a little more as they are slightly more spacious and can accommodate more than 2 people at a time in one room. But my experiences here have been lovely, the therapists are always smiley and friendly, chatting when necessary but also letting me relax. It's great to go grab an ice cream afterwards or sit by the beach and reminisce always saying ahhh...

If you're suffering from dry summer skin (or dry winter skin for that matter) you should try their body treatments. You can have all of your dry skin sloughed away through a 15 minute body brushing treatment for as little as $15. Of course if you'd like to indulge in a body scrub or a body masque you can do that for a slightly more exxy $70 or $75 respectively. All of these treatments are great and almost a necessity if you're going to have a spray tan. The Beauty Bar also offer IPL treatments and permanent makeup application but I have to admit I haven't tried these. Prices overall are reasonable and you should give them a try.

Now an actual shop/parlour the experience has lost nothing of its charm, and has stuck it out in a shopping centre where similar businesses have been and gone. Massages are great, affordable and costs are per area. Though there is a sort of massage menu, packages are quickly tailored to the individual needs of each client, and level of pressure can be negotiated throughout the experience, but is generally only required at the commencement of the massage as they work out your desired level pretty quickly. Ha's offers a couple of other treatments not that common to shopping centre massage parlours which include ear candling and lymphatic massage. Personally, I think ear-candling is bull honky, but having it done at Ha's was a pleasant enough experience and safe although involving fire. The day I had lymphatic massage on my face I was feeling a bit ill going in, and I felt this massage really helped and I left Ha's as I always do, feeling better.

The staff were friendly, if a little overfriendly and very smiley - which I guess you can decide for yourself is a good thing or not. They also offer services in reflexology, oil massage and ear candling which I have always wanted to try but don't know if I would be game enough to!
